If you guys didn’t know, I think it was during the lockdown Snoop was on a virtual interview with some people and they asked him about Em and he basically threw shade saying “I could do without his music.” Em took offense but they are friends and go waaay back so that’s why Em said he isn’t used to people in his own camp going at him and gave snoop a very light pat. It must have worked cuz snoop made up with Em and they all good now

But Snoop also said that if we took out all of Em's music out of hip hop we wouldn't miss a thing and that's a big thing. But there is no beef anymore, they did work together and Snoop now says Em is one of the best ever.

This came out when Em and Snoop went through a little misunderstanding in 2020. Snoop, on a live radio show, said he could live without Eminem's music, and it felt a disrespectful to Em, mainly because they are from the same Dre Camp and Em has always greatly respected Snoop. So Em responded with that Snoop "diss". Compared to the rest of his disses, Snoop got a love tap. Not long after, Dre suffered a brain aneurysm, almost dying and they've since squashed the misunderstanding and remain friends.
Snoop actually called his music “sh*t”. Pretty disrespectful. Then Dre had an aneurism, and they made up. Maybe Dre’s brush with death helped them recognize that life is short, no one is promised tomorrow, and you never know when one day turns out to be your last day. It’s things like this that really put petty ish in perspective. Never know when it will be the last time you see an old friend. So maybe make up while you can. I had a good friend die when we were teens. He was murdered. Horrifically. The last time I saw him, it was under not so great circumstances and we fought. We never had a chance to make up, then he was gone. And it was gut wrenching, the loss of him; never getting to say I was sorry and hearing it in return from him. I’ve carried the weight of that with me all my life. The price of misplaced anger and arrogant pride. And it’s why since then, I never let anyone I love go away mad, we always part on good terms, and I don’t hold petty grudges. But I digress. They made up and Snoop publicly apologized to him on another radio show. Then they did the super bowl together which was dynamite. I for one was relieved and happy when they made up. Because I’m also a child of divorce and I don’t like it when the parents are fighting. 😂

That song that leaked was from when he was learning to rap again after he almost died of an OD. Did he didn't even remember writing it he was still do messed up. That was kind of his serial killer era, the whole concept for the album was pretty brutal. Check out Stay Wide Awake from that album for an example. A more personal one just talking about the sht that led up to him getting in bad enough shape to overdose is Be Careful What You Wish For. Again, hope you guys feel better soon.
