These girls are the greatest - since the 70’s! Watch them cover Stairway to Heaven right in front of Led Zeppelin at the Kennedy Center LZ tribute! Killer!
@@kierstenridgway4634 the greatest cover of all time. Robert was brought to tears. You don’t know what joy you’re missing. Watch and tell me your reaction. Heart cut their teeth doing Led Zep covers since their inception and still do to this day.
They have a song called Dog & Butterfly that is very different from what you have heard from Heart so far. They are a very diverse band with many styles. Hope you enjoy this as much as I have over the years. Love your reactions.
Now that you've done this song, you need to check out the live video of this song from around 1976 or 77 so you can see Nancy Wilson go crazy on that acoustic guitar. Thanks bro!😄🤟🎵👍
Can we talk about this drummer tho!? So underrated. 1976,77 this album was it's own vibe, and Little Queen , Dog and Butterfly, Magazine, have some seriously underrated songs, there's tons of good stuff to pick from
Bro - I grew up in Seattle with this group - if you really want to continue your Heart education - Straight On, Even it Up, Magic Man, Dog and Butterfly (super chill but beautiful) and if you want your mind absolutely blown away - see their cover of Stairway to Heaven - it's is LEGIT the most legendary cover you have ever seen - and Zeppelin were in the audience to witness it. DO MOT MISS that one. Guarantee you you will be stunned. Keep up the great work!
I do appreciate your reactions!! Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013. The sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson are truly amazing. There's much to see and hear, but do yourself a favor... watch official music video "Alone". 👍👍👍
Steve Winwood "Higher love" "While you see a chance" "Valerie" "Talking back to the night" "One and only man" "My love's leavin" "Split decision" "Do you know what the night can do" "Roll with it" "Take it as it comes"
🤘❤🤘 Enjoyed your reaction! Heart was founded in 1963 by lead guitarist Roger Fisher and bassist Steve Fossen. They auditioned & hired lead vocalist Ann Wilson in 1970. Her sister, guitarist Nancy Wilson, joined Heart in 1974. Ann wrote the words to this song and Roger & Nancy wrote the music.
Just a quick note to confirm that they are indeed sisters. Their father wsa in the US Marines so they moved around alot before settling in an upper middle class neighbourhood just outside Seattle, Washington.
You Need To Do "Sing Child" so You can hear Ann play the flute solo, and some Van Halen esque riffs. It's like Heart with Jethro Tull, and Van Halen mixed in.
Heart was such an inspiration to me! When I was 10, I knew I wanted to be a rock musician,& there weren't many female musicians putting out hardcore rockin' music back then, esp. guitarists. But there was Heart! 💚 Now I'm 52 & I hv spent my life playing bass guitar in rock bands! Thx Heart!😘 🗺️🕊️🎶💃🏻🎸!
People should be aware that this isn't "HEART". Heart has a huge, and incredible catalog of music. This is just the two main members of Heart, the Wilson sisters- with a whole slew of super talented musicians and singers (as is always the case with the KCH's). Even though they very clearly announce in the beginning, "A & N Wilson FROM Heart", I think many people think this is actually the whole band playing.
Here we go! Alright now fellas we said it to ourselves a million times... I wonder what goes on in that woman's head. Well here it is lol ❤ Heart wins.
Dude, I love your channel (and add you to the list of folks I'd love to hang with in real life if I had the opportunity). Next on the Heart reaction list is "Magic Man" (also different but 🔥)... after that, you must check out Heart doing Stairway to Heaven as a part of a tribute to Led Zeppelin at the Kennedy Center in 2012. Ann Wilson is about 62 in that video, but still knocks it out of the park. It's great seeing the reactions of the remaining band members of Led Zeppelin.
I am thinking you would like this one a lot ! I had totally forgotten about it and saw it today and said , oh man, how could I have not remembered this one !! Patti LaBelle - On My Own (Official Music Video) ft. Michael McDonald
An idea for Haze merch… a button (like the one Staples has) that you push and it’s the Haze laugh! That would be fire and sell like crazy!! I told you we should bottle that laugh. Well here’s a way to do it!!
as a fellow Canadian, you should check out "You Ougtta Know" by Alanis Morrissette. Definitely gets a lot of reaction for its message! Her album "Jagged Little Pill" was deemed one of the most inspiring of the 90s.
I love your reactions, Bruh! It's a mark of how old I am that I had a little laugh when you said that this was so different from "Barracuda" because I had owned the Dreamboat Annie album for almost two years before the Little Queen album was released (long story). We got a wee preview of what Little Queen might be like with the relase of the controversial Magazine album which was release about a month before Little Queen. When I moved from Scotland to America to live with my parents it was Seattle, Washington where they settled. Heart is often referred to as being "from Seattle", but that is not exaxtly correct. When Ann (Dark hair) & Nancy (Blonde hair) where in high it was a short drive across one of two floating* bridges spanning Lake Washington (or a very long drive around a very large lake) to get to their neighbourhood. Now for something completely different😎 from Heart, you might try "Dog & Butterfly", or "Dream Of The Archer" or "The Oldest Story In the World" or "Back To Avalon" This is "Back To Avalon" live in 1994 at Sky Church in Seattle. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sHuitenCyRg.html *Yes, the bridege crossing Lake Washington to travel between Seattle peoper and the Interlake neighbourhood where the Wilson family lived actually floats atop the lake. It is one of the two longest floating bridges in the world, the other one being a few miles away crossing the same lake. The bottom of Lake Washington is so silty and the lake is so deep, even at the narrows, that they had to find another solution. They did, and today thousands of cars and trucks cross those bridges every day.
This is one of the greatest guitar intros in rock history, made by a legendary female guitarist. If you want to check one of the greatest rock intros made a man, check out "Cliff of dover" by Eric Johnson.
If you want to see some great ladies check out Band Maid and their live official video of the song Domination. These ladies will leave you with your jaw on the floor
The BEST single they ever made (and arguably the best single EVER MADE) is "Magic Man"... Do yourself a favor and check it out! You KNOW I ain't gonna steer ya wrong, man!
Check out Dreamboat Annie. It is still one of my favorite songs because when it came out, I had never heard anything like it. It's got a banjo of all things.
Magic Man may not be their most famous song but for many Heart fans, it is their favorite. Hope you check it out! I enjoy your channel and reactions, keep up the good work!!
Love your real life reactions. You're diggin' HEART and their energy and passion. You'll love this one, and nobody reacts to it. It was another big hit for Heart. The lead singer brings the heat! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-u0O7htEkmzM.html
