Home Free is a phenomenal a cappella group. Boyz II Men's Shawn Stockman was a judge on the season of NBC's "The Sing Off" won by Home Free. He was definitely a fan of the group by the end.

When it comes to boys 2 men i usually hate any covers or any attempt by anyone to even come anywhere near their songs but this was very good i truly loved it.
I love watching people react to the video cuz the expectations are higher than they think can be achieved due to the bar being set so high by BTM. The first “Ok” moment is when Rob does the first run on “It’s only your first time”. By the time they hit the chorus, they in love!! 😍😍😍🤣🤣🤣

I LOVE this version! As a HUGE Boyz2Men fan from WAY WAY BACK, they have for sure done it justice! And… at 4:33 in your video, when Austin points and demands, “ just come to my bed”… Good God man! My response is “ yes sir” 😂 yikes! Great reaction as usual guys!!
IMO, nothing will ever replace the original magic from hearing Boyz 11 Men sing this masterpiece, & I am so happy that Home Free, was able to keep the original integrity of the song, yet still inject a little of their own magic, allowing us, to fall in love with it, all over again 💕 *I don't believe any other group, other than Home Free, could have pulled this off, & the fact that they are a Capella, definitely puts them on a completely different level of skill & talent* 💕
Yeah i think they're technically superior with a great deal of finesse, compared to the original, but Maybe it's nostalgia or the innocence of my youth, but the Boyz sold me on their passion, like one of them was really going through a breakup and trying to reclaim that love.

I was about 12 when Boyz II Men dropped End of the Road. Back in the days where if you wanted a copy, and were poor, you recorded it off the radio. Absolutely loved that group, and Home Free definitely did them justice. I have no doubt that Home Free could have made very, very close to a 1:1 copy, but who wants that? Nobody wants to hear a knock-off version of Boyz II Men. They needed to put their own into it, and it worked.
This has probably been said but, they were on the sing off and one of the judges was one of the guys from boys 2 men. I think it was Shawn but I can't remember currently. I would assume he worked with them on this? Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on that but they knocked it out the park either way. I remember when this song came out. It was extremely popular and is a classic. These guys and pentatonix both won that competition. I believe pentetonix was season 3 and Home free was season 4. Either way, great reaction.

HF always pays great respect to the covers they do. Of course, they put their own touches on it, making it their own, but it shows tons of respect to the originals. They have never let me down yet, and I've been following them for years!
It is hard to Cover ANY Boyz II Men song. And for an A Cappella group to not only do it, but do it GREATLY, that is AMAZING. (IMO) I loved your reactions to it.

Adam is so stinkin' good at what he does, people forget that it's a human person doing the percussion, so he often gets over looked. He always does just what's needed for any given song. His musical instincts are always spot on. As can be said for all of the members of Home Free.

Home Free extended themselves and went into the stratosphere with this classic B2M song... and absolutely killed it. Amazing. I think their ability to go deep into a genre, not just touch it, makes HF unique across the world.
Everything they do is gold but I especially love their version of Elvira featuring The Oak Ridge Boys the original singers. Solid recommendation totally check it out if you want to be impressed
