Home Free's talent lies in how they can "convert" literally anything to their style of A Capella, many just can't believe their ears. Throw in their overwhelming talent and harmonic abilities, and practically every track is a masterpiece.

The first time I heard this, I was half in the bag....I listened to it probably a dozen times over...then, I went and woke up my wife, who is not the type of person you wake up for foolishness. She watched it, and said, "Wake me up in the morning". Anyways, still, one of the great songs. All the best. Cheers.

That's a lot of what Home Free does, they take country songs and add some upbeat to it, and take other genres and add a little country flava to it to make it unique and like their own song, and they are unique themselves since they sing with no instruments. I just love what they do.
It’s so good. Home Free just has a way of making songs sound so good. Those harmonies are great and loved Tim (he started the song and is the bass) and Austin’s (red head and high tenor) solos. They never fail to breath life into the lyrics, add harmonies and adlibs, stir briskly with beat boxing, and get ready to tap your toes and clap your hands. I love music that literally gets you moving. Great reaction, but they don't stop at the back of the church, they take you clear down to the fellowship hall where the good food is.

Adam Rupp- the beatboxer and his older bro Chris Rupp had the original idea of forming Home Free then Chris kept on his solo road with Church songs as they grew up singing for the church and Adam has become the backbone of Home Free. He can play multi musical instruments and has a really nice vocal as well.

When Austin was a kid he sometimes traveled and occasionally sang with his father's gospel quartet in Georgia. In some songs you can hear revival meetings ("Beautiful Star of Bethlehem" with the Oak Ridge Boys is a perfect example. Love your channel!
Ok kids, here we go. Levon Helm of The Band fame with Robbie Robertson wrote and composed My Church, originally for the production of the movie The Last Waltz, in the 70's, but it was cut from soundtrack production though hints of it were within scenes shot on their tour bus. Helm was a very gifted musician, writer and producer. He passed just over 10 years ago now which is probably why a few are thinking it was done by others. They too, were doing covers That's gonna give you an idea how long I've been down the Rabbit Hole chasing Alice's but. Now you can say "Alice, ALICE, who the fuck is Alice"

One of their new songs is "Ain't going down til the sun comes up" it blows the original out of the water and the original was fire! The video premiered on their FB so not sure if the actual video is on RU-vid yet but it's definitely worth digging for it!

This was Adam Chance's first song with Home Free. He picked up the bass when Tim was singing the lead. Adding Adam Chance was one of the smartest things Home Free did when Chris Rupp retired from the group. As previously noted, Maren Morris recorded this song first. Since this time, Home Free has expanded their repertoire from a straight country group, however clearly this song is definitely country!! lol Carrie
You need to check out some videos by the group Acappella. They've been around for 40 years and were an inspiration to Home Free and many other a cappella groups.
You guys should do the collaboration between Kenny Rogers and Home Free on How Should I Send Thee. These guys are great and came from the same show that put Pentatonix on the map. They should revive that show as the talent was amazing.
