MTV made a movie back in the day (around 1993) called "who's the man". Every rapper on MTV at that time was in it- house of pain (this was the intro song to the movie), heavy d, ice t, salt and peppa, naughty by nature, krs-1, busta rhymes, another bad creation, kris kross, queen latifa, ashanti (before she was big), and many more, And even the comedians Denis Leary and Colin Quinn; (who both got their start at MTV) were in it as well. A great movie.

"Fed Up" by House of Pain that's like their peak. It was their last album together and lyrically it was top notch. Either that, or the "Fed Up" remix which also featured an OG rapper Guru from the group Gang Starrr.

You need to listen to the collaboration of House of Pain with the hard rock band Helmet. "JUST ANOTHER VICTIM" It's was off the Judgement Night soundtrack. It's rocks hard. That whole soundtrack was a Rock + Rap style.

I did 2 years in 2000 and just got out from doing 4 years. 20 years ago, it was more like this song. But it was also harder because I was white. Yes, prison was THE MOST racist place I'd ever seen. This last time though, it was like what you said. Stay out of the way, avoid drama, but don't be anti social, and you'll most likely be fine. It's still a little racist, but so is the outside world. Be respectful and clean, you get respect.

My first stint in the asylum was in 3rd grade in the early 90’s and was put in the same facility that housed the local psychopathic murderers and rapists, we were in separate wings but we would have contact sometimes,I really never had an innocent period,I knew the horror of life before I was even born because 3 months before I was born my sister died in a tragic train accident,so as my brain being formed my mom was having nightmares every night and I remember them because that jump started my brain

I served 3 years at Midwest Regional Correctional Facility for some dumb shit I did when I was serving. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but it definitely sucked. I wouldn't want to serve state time though.
