Nas put out a bunch of CD’s and EPMD released just as many also. DJ Scratch was EPMD’s DJ. Nas was just a little kid when he was partly inspired by Roxanne Shante, one of the better female rappers of the early to mid 1980’s. There’s so much rap history and it all connects like a magical puzzle. It was incredible seeing the birth of rap, and hearing everyone say it was just a fad that would pass by quickly. I argued with everyone in the late 1970’s and told everyone that rap music would one day be the biggest and most popular type of music that would spread into all other types of music and tv. I’m glad the future I predicted came true.

Eminem ruined the vibe of the track. Can he not just match with the vibe of tracks. The beat always has to change up when he comes on. He did it with this, that track with Conway, the track with Fat Joe and Rainy Days with Boogie. That rappity rap, double and triple entendres and metaphors is overrated. I’m not trying to listen to a crossword puzzle to enjoy a song. Dude has not made an enjoyable timeless track in 20 years. This randomly showed up in my feed so I decided to speak my peace on it. Nas should’ve passed on this feature and moved on.
