NINGEN ISU is around for 30 yeras bit just now thanks to J-Rock movement, getting the recognition they deserve as Metal Japanese trailblazers in Europe and USA. They're Japan's Black Sabbath, so to speak. Guitarist Shinji "Wazzy" Wajima is dressed as a Meiji era professor.(Late 1800's into the the early 1900's). Bassist Kenichi Suzuki is a death-touched Buddhist monk. Drummer Nobu Nakajima is dressed as a Yakuza. All three can and do sing lead as well, in fact Nobu has a really impressive set of pipes, although he sings lead pretty sparingly. Most of their songs are about traditional Japanese literature/legends, Buddhist philosophy, and classic horror like HP Lovecraft.

when you literally starve because you love to play music, and after over 30 years you get finally the notoriety that you deserve :D If you check old videos from the '80 is nice to see how they play at that time and all kind of music inspiration they got, heck... this song is a mix of different kind of music styles :D

If You put on the subtitles You gonna see that this song is a sort of prayer for success. Struggling for 30 years and this video got viral on RU-vid. At last they got recognized . Began a tour overseas. 2 gigs in Germany and 1 gig in London UK. Was heading for USA but then the Corona-shit happened. The Guitarist is born 1965, think the bass player as well. Drummer is a couple of years younger...

SUBTITLES!!! They’ve been around for more than 30 years and thanks to this song are just now becoming well known. The band consists of an undead monk (similar to BABYMETALs Kamis) an ancient scholar, and a yakuza. I’ve listened to four of their albums now and can say they’ve got a lot of very good songs... still have 20+ albums to go.

The guitarist is actually an outdoors type of a person. His personal channel is full of camping and moterbikes. Sunlights and winds. I suppose it would made him look a little bit older.
