You need to watch eye of the storm taking off broken heart of gold those songs are just amazing also bedroom warfare just amazing songs and when I saw them NYC the whole crowd was dancing for every song the sang and it was a small venue
Hey Bro, if you love Taka's voice, I think you should listen to Taka X Pay Money To My Pain - Voice. That songs written by Taka, dedicated to Pay Money To My Pain's deceased vocalist.
“Heartache” next! The performance from the Mighty Long Fall concert. It was their first time playing it and yet the audience is spellbound and crying. It’s amazing ❤ Thank you as always for the awesome video
You need to react to their old stuff like "onion" "Naive Astronaut" "Juvenile" or "all mine" most of people who do reactions don't go that deep into One Ok Rock missing their best gems
I recommend the song "Decision" from the 2015 35xxxv tour concert. It is my favorite song with a great chorus from the audience, beautiful music and nostalgic melody ☺️
“Taking off” or “Let me let you go” next please!!! They both just hit hard. The lyrics, instruments, vocals and the emotion, I just can’t stop listening to them!!! ❤ Thank you for all of your great videos!!
I'm thrilled to hear your reaction to this song and OOR as a band. Im in the USA and discovered them a couple of years ago - literally flipping TV channels.....and hearing just a snippet of a song (which was used as the backdrop to a single episode of a tv show). I backed it up, Shazamed it and I was "done"! I've following and listened to them every single day since. Also had the opportunity to see them last month on their N. American tour (and it was hard to believe they were truly in front of me in the states)! But I'm sure you've heard the statement that as great as their albums are.....they excel during live performances - they CANNOT be beat. As they treat every performance and every venue the same, (regardless of size), as though they are singing for 100,000 people. In addition to the God-given talents of all 4 band members, they seemed to be just as nice and grounded - day-to-day (as Ive read often about their exceptional kindness in how they treat others). But again - so happy that you are beginning to experience the thrill & impact of OOR music, their intent and how it reaches down and taps the soul of those who continue to discover these guys. (And thanks for being a part of that discovery for others)! Best -
Ambitions Japan Dome Tour was the first time I saw the band live and man it was an experience. So cool! I think there's a good chance they might tour Europe next year so you have to go see them! Try to get a VIP ticket and Taka will probably recognize you when you meet the guys🤣 My request is more of a hidden gem. Please check out "Koi no Aibou Kokoro no Cupido" from Yokohama Stadium. You might need to search for the title in Japanese which would be 恋のアイボウ心のクピド. I feel like this song gets overshadowed by "NO SCARED" but it's a real banger.
This song amazes me how it can make you want to dance, headbang, and cry at the same time 😂 I think this live show gets recommended a lot since it is relatively newer and has more official videos on RU-vid than some of the others.. But all of their lives are amazing, and it's amazing how the same songs can be on multiple live shows and all be a little bit different but still the same (if that makes sense at all.. 😅). I recommend Paper Planes from the 35xxxv Japan tour (which I think is a criminally underrated live show)! Such a fun performance. Also I love that you commented on Tomoya's (the drummer) little slow motion thing. I love that part so much! Another recommendation would the Drum version of Taking Off from the ambitions tour. I never thought I would be so interested in just watching the drummer for a whole song, but Tomoya manages to have an insane amount of charisma and stage presence even when he's back behind the drums and not able to move around like the other guys. Him and Tatsuya from Crossfaith are I think only 2 drummers I will never get bored just watching them play.
I also love the friendly TOMOYA😍I really enjoy listening to TOMOYA's RU-vid channel "TOMOYA STUDIO", not just playing each song, but also private stories!
💙 Loved the reaction as usual! Cry Out is a great song. I recommend Wherever You Are [live ambitions japan tour] next (the video that is over 8 minutes long). It’s a great song that shows off the talent of each member on different instruments 😊
The tradition: No such thing as a bad ONE OK ROCK song. lol I'm glad you finally got around to this song, Cry Out is definitely one of my favorites from them.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and recommend a hidden gem - ONE BY ONE LIVE from 35xxxv tour. It's got Sum 41, Billy Talent vibes and is a stand out on that album. Am I right???
Cry Out 💕I really love this song, Taka can hold the high note for almost 30 seconds, that is insane. I recommend C.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h, Taka write this song for his friends, it's really good. Annnd I recommend "Bedroom Warfare" in Ambition Janpan Dome Tour, the live version is way better than the studio version, they said the studio version is too Pop, it feels out of place in their playlist, so they perform it in rock style ,the instrument solo is badass💕.
My favorite song from OOR is Smiling down. It's an emotional song write for the singer of Pay money to my pain who pass away some years ago. The two band were good friends so they write him a song. I also used to listen to Pay money when I was young, thus Smiling Down hit so much hard on me
I would never have discovered One OK Rock without your reaction video. Apparently I’ve been living under a rock all these years, but am forever grateful to you and the community! Heading down the rabbit hole with you and enjoying the ride. ❤️
I first heard ONE OK ROCK at the end credits of the Captain Harlock movie in early 2014. The song was called Be the Light, and it made me cry! I went straight to youtube, after, to find them. They have been my favorite band ever since!!
My favourite live stage of this song. I love Toru's screaming 🥰 And I feel you so much. I haven't found a song I don't like - if you consider that they were formed back in 2005 this is even more incredible. You should also check out Good goodbye, Et cetera or Pierce. It's a completely different side of them. ❤️ Thank you for that 🥰
You should check out 'Wherever you are" LIVE!!! By the end of the performance the whole audience it's singing and it brings me to tears every time!! Edit: this is the video I'm refering to specifically ONE OK ROCK JINSEI X KIMI TOUR Wherever You Are
Definitely check out Wherever you are, Broken heart of gold, Decisions, Last dance, Vandalize, One way Ticket, Let me Let you go, The Way Back, Liar, etc. !
One of my favourite song from One OK Rock is called 69. It's really... different. and you should definitely have subtitles or the translation if you are going to react to it!
This is one of their moshing songs. The first time I saw this Dome Tour version of Cry Out on YT I was wondering why the audience was just stood there staying still instead of going nuts like they normally do when the venue was just this gigantic. But when I bought and watched the DVD, I just noticed that it's an all-seating venue, there's chairs even on the arena (ground floor area). I personally thought it would've been cooler if they can also do multiple-big mosh pits here like they've done in Nagisaen.
Heartache is one u cannot miss. I really love Start Again and Nothing Helps, even if they're not the most heared from OOK. Nothing helps was the first song I heard from them, thanks to DMC videogame, and I just fell in love. I'm really enjoying seeing your path through knowing Taka and the guys, I see myself just a few years ago. 💜 Have a good day.
I'd highly recommend their acoustic jam from their new album, Luxury Disease! They do Vandalize and Your Tears are Mine. And I totally agree, it's hard to pick a favorite with this band haha
yeah. this was definitely one of their best live performances alongside Mighty Long Fall. Another Band with excellent live stuff are The Oral Cigarettes, particularly Youshi Tanrei na Uso from their Kisses and Kills concert, Dream in Drive from ONAKAMA 2021 and Katannakoto ft Sky-Hi from their Parasite Dejavu concert
Another ONE OK ROCK!! This song was actually one of the first songs I've heard from them, which was some years ago, which feels totally crazy I'm glad you like them so much
I never been in concert in my life but since I saw every live of One ok Rock. I hope so much that my 1rst concert will be them. But I'm living in island in the middle of nowhere so I must be patient. I have goosebumps everytime I see thier live. And I love your reaction cause I was the same the first time I saw their video.
I'm so happy that you genuinely love OOR! They are my No.1 band in the world! 🖤 Keep it up.. Almost all their songs are that amazing, they didn't have a bad song. ☺ I recommend: NO SCARED - i like both the MV and Live for this. ONE BY ONE - One of their heavy rock music JUVENILE - another heavy rock music PAPER PLANES - the Live concert at Saitama Super Arena that is full of fans interaction it's so fun.
They’re just like BTS for me, fave song keeps changing day to day! 😅 I’d like to suggest Taking Off next, both the live performance at Field of Wonder which was done during the Covid lockdown and the acoustic version as you haven’t had them blow your mind acoustically yet! 🤯
When I tell you they sound EXACTLY the same as the studio recording... its insane. I saw them in New York early last month and oh my god they were so incredible. Its so strange because the venue was really small in America but in Japan its like the biggest stadium's they can get. Either way I genuinley hope you can see them one day because oh boy do they know how to put on a show!
Thank you for your reaction. You can’t go wrong with one ok rock. And welcome to the club who thinks OOR is the BEST rock band ever. I recommand next : Heartache (studio live session), Be the light, Vandalize, Nahi shinsho…
Just FYI. BTW, thank you for your great reaction as always. Not sure if you are interested but...anyway although OOR finished US tour already, 14 more shows in US and Canada with Muse. <WILL OF THE PEOPLE WORLD TOUR 2023>ONE OK ROCK出演公演 02/25/2023 Chicago, IL - United Center 02/26/2023 Minneapolis, MN - Target Center 02/28/2023 Austin, TX - Moody Center 03/02/2023 Houston, TX - Toyota Center 03/03/2023 Ft. Another One Ok Rock reactioooonnn!!!! Thank you so much for reacting to this banddd. Hand down to you 😭🖤 there's so much song to react to but Please react to 20/20 too. Daaang so many songs 😭 it will be a long journey for us to this baaaand. Hope you could get to react to all of their songs. No .atter how long it will take. We will always be with you. Also if you could react to WE ARE 18 FEST. daaang the message will really hits you different. Pleaseee react to it. You already reacted to We Are where it was performes the same as cry out.
What a cheerful, cute, beautiful person I just found! Dude! you transmit a positive energy that we all need in our lives! I definitely subscribe to your channel and will enjoy your content! You made me smile and you made my heart happy. Thank you!
Really enjoy watching you react to One Ok Rock, they’re fantastic. You should check out their “Day to Night” acoustic version of We Are, it’s beautiful and it’s on their channel. Also check out Taking Off, the acoustic jam session ❤️
Actually got to see these guys live (along with Yellowcard) when they were touring for the release of the 35xxxv album! Kinda had to drag my friend with me though since I was a bit young to go alone lol
their acoustic jam session vol.5 where they did vandalize and your tears are mine from their newest album luxury disease is so so good!!!! such amazing vocals from taka i definitely reccommend that video!
I don't think you've reacted to it yet, but I'd love to see you react to "Liar '人生×君=' TOUR LIVE" ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cdKZlPGEo8w.html ). I think you should check out their older lives in general as they're quite good (Onion, Start Again, Living Dolls, etc)! Aside from that, keep up the great work! :)
Please take me on your ship 🚢 I'm looking forward to hearing your reactions on countless concerts and acoustic versions of the songs I haven't heard yet!
the capacity of domes in Japan is usually around 40-55K or maybe more, if this was in Tokyo Dome then the capacity would be 55,000 people. I was in Tokyo Dome a few years ago for another concert, I was in the 3rd floor of the dome and holy shit it was still experience!!!
pls react next to the way back, heartache, good goodbye, answer is near, we are 18 fes ver, pierce orchestra ver, ending story?? orchestra ver, decision, be the light, taking off, no scared plsssssss
I always love your reactions very much👍 Please, please call the other members by name. Without them, OOR would not exist. I'm looking forward to next one💙
Other Japanese groups I would recommend (although they don't generally sing in English) are Scandal (Flashback No.5, Spice and Onegai Navigation are my personal favourites of theirs) and Stereopony (OVER DRIVE and Viva La Viva).
For One Ok Rock I think i would choose to recommend the first thing that I heard from them, which immediately started my love road for this band. It's The Beginning. (Edit: Oh, sorry, just checked, you already did The Beginning so let's switch it to another one, maybe Crazy Botch, it's a fun one)) Also, if you like to know more Japanese bands, I'd like to recommend such cool guys like SiM (Silence Iz Mine), let it be song Devil In Your Heart, for example, and yes, it's the same dudes that made op Rumbling for AoT. Another one is Coldrain, I think Mayhem would be a nice one, especially if you watch live version featuring Ryo Kinoshita from Crystal Lake. Maybe even listen for Crystal Lake after that, song AEON, but I must say that it would be MUCH harder in style. Another one of the favorites is CROSSFAITH, especially song MONOLITH, which also was the first one but for this band for me. Well, I think that would be decent recommendation for now.)
