Someone on another video explained some of the British slang they use that just adds so much more depth to their bars that I simply miss out on as an American. Like the verse that starts with "One things for sure and two things for certain", later he says "mess with the cake and I'll battenberg him". Sooo... obviously he's talking about cake like it's money. But "Battenberg" is some sort of checkered looking British cake, and it's slang for the checkered pattern on their ambulances. SO much more than meets the eye going on here. The levels are ridiculous.

Every bar and verse is genius. I could go into specific detail on each bar, verse, schemes, beats etc but it'd take me hours to breakdown in it's entirety. And alot is just my interpretation. That opening verse has bars that have obvious meanings like "cats jumping like puma" "dream like Martin Luther"... As we know, the verse has a "sleep" scheme with "Dream" "Fall asleep" "Nightmare" "Sleep" in each bar. Now I could be way off thinking this, I've never read anyone mention it. But that opening verse also has a German/ww2 scheme. Let me explain. Luger - a German semi-automatic pistol used by German soldiers in ww2. Uber - Über is a German language word meaning over and above. Wi-fi - George Antheil, born to German immigrants in Trenton, New Jersey. In 1941, Antheil developed a radio guidance system for Allied torpedoes in ww2 to synchronize frequency changes, referred to as frequency hopping, between the transmitter and receiver.
