I heard a few Queen songs before I knew about the band. We Will Rock You, Princes of the Universe, and We Are the Champions. I learned the name of the band through the Wayne's World soundtrack which featured Bohemian Rhapsody.
Princes Of The Universe is one of the songs off the Highlander movie soundtrack!! In fact, Brian once commented that he had wished that he had written this song!! When the Highlander film was scripted for a TV Series, this song was used as the intro theme to the series!! Another song written for the Queen Soundtrack for the movie Highlander. This one was written by Freddie. The songs from this album seem to be longer lived than the actual movie. I have never watched it to my knowledge, perhaps I should check it out. I love the Queen songs, they really stepped up to the challenge on this soundtrack. Thank you for reacting to this song.
Ok, here's the rundown of the Highlander Universe: There is 6 films, 2 TV series, an animated series, there's one RPG role playing game, one video game, 10 books and 4 comic series.
