Appreciate the Red Velvet love! They just had a comeback a few days ago with their new title track, "Feel My Rhythm". They also have a Japanese comeback happening early April. Red Velvet is one of the "Big 3" groups (the other two being Twice and BlackPink). They've got some of the best vocals and harmonies in the game. My bias, Wendy (the platinum blonde), is one of the best vocalists of her generation and K-pop in general. She's an absolute monster. Red Velvet has a duality concept. They have Red songs, Velvet songs, and a mixture of the two. Red songs are usually more pop oriented and upbeat with bright and sometimes plain out weird visuals. Velvet songs usually have more R&B and hip-hop sounds with darker and/or elegant visuals. I somewhat jokingly say that they have better 90s R&B songs than the 90s did. They are legitimately known for having some of the dopest B-side tracks to the point that some B-side songs are just as popular, if not more popular, than some title tracks. The members have even joked about that before. They have a sound for everyone, for sure. If you have a specific taste in music production then they might be hit or miss sometimes. There's one constant though, those vocals. They could sing over TV static and I'd love every second of it. They're my ult group for a reason. Bruh craziest thing is they are this good live. It's worth checking them out doing this song live at the ReVe Festival of 2020, it's so freaking good. Their vocals shine through and are just as good if not better.
Red Velvet is my ultimate girl group. Real Vocals, Real Visuals, and Real Versatility. Their concept is very unique, quirky, even creepy sometimes, and different eveytime. After you watch Psycho, you would be surprised to see them in Rookie, Dumb Dumb, Zimzalabim, or Red Flavor.. Note: RV is EXO' sibling. They debuted in 2014 (EXO debuted in 2012). I love Red Velvet, it was the first kpop group I've found followed by BOTB and IU, but Joy is my utt Bias and I love her so so much!!! Also Wendy's voice is out of this world!

Not surprise because they are from SM, the agency with the best vocalist in this industry. Red Velvet is known as the group with the members that have the best vocals and so good in harmonizing. They have one of the best vocal lines in Kpop! Wendy, the platinum blonde is the BEST female vocalist of this generation. The fact is that internationally Red Velvet not as popular as 2 other girl groups from BIG3 (Blackpink, Twice, Red Velvet) because their music is sometimes hard to catch up and SM tends to change concepts every comeback. They do a lot of concept like I can't even explain how versatile they are. You might find some of it weird, creepy, aesthetic, girlcrush, cute or whatever it is, they're not afraid of trying something new which sets them apart from other groups. If you react to more Red Velvet, don't be surprised if you find yourself saying "Is this the same group?!?" Every comeback is completely different.
Along with Mamamoo I think Red Velvet have some of the best vocals in kpop. You can't go wrong with any of the songs. You should also check out Mamamoo while your in this deep rabbit hole of kpop
I couldn't agree more. Red Velvet have the smooth and full songs that boost their vocals so well and Mamamoo has so many pure vocal moments it's a mental debate which I like more. I feel like if I comment about Mamamoo anymore I'll get blocked.

I have to agree, Red Velvet has the title of vocal queens. That being said Mamamoo takes it to another level. React to Delilah ( a cover of an old Tom Jones song) and your jaw will hit the floor
The blonde woman with the voice is Wendy. She is the Goddess of Singing and Beauty! Best voice of the third gen groups. IMHO the best voice in KPOP! You can not go wrong with RV. Psycho was my favourite song and MV until a few days ago when Feel My Rhythm came out. I just can not say enough about that song. They are the queens of concepts, the summer queens, the B-side queens and now the spring queens!
Red Velvet is one of my favorites! Psycho was the first song of theirs I listened to as well. Their vocals are amazing especially Wendy’s, the blond in the video. They have two different styles- a bright and more lively side and a slower, more dark and seductive side. I recommend checking out their new song Feel My Rhythm, Bad Boy, Umpah Umpah, Zimzalabim as well as main vocalist Wendy’s solos (Like Water, When This Rain Stops) and Irene and Seulgi’s Monster. Joy and Yeri also have solos too and K-dramas. Irene has a movie. Another group with incredible vocals you have to check out is Mamamoo (Where Are Now, Decalcomanie, Egotistic, Starry Night). Also the solo artists Taeyeon (INVU, I, Gravity) and IU (Strawberry Moon, Lilac, Celebrity). Keep the great reactions coming!

For sure, and there are many more to come! If you want to hear a strong female girlgroup, you should check out Everglow "First". Its for sure one of the best MV´s out there and the song is a bop! I can not stop to recommend them! Other really great songs by them are: "Dun Dun" and "LaDiDa" Im sure you gonna love them as well! Keep up the good work!

So you know other trendy groups but you have not heard of Red Velvet? 🤔 They are the idols of idols. Tops in vocals, visuals, experimental concepts, choreo, weaponry, personalities, stage presence….. they always push the envelope up and I don’t see anyone ever catching up to them. As you go they their discography, you will asking yourself, this is not the same group who just sang….? Their B sides are absolute gems that could be title tracks for anybody. Warning: after experiencing Red Velvet, the other groups will be looked differently.

I would say red velevet's music is not everyone's cup of tea, they have a lot of different and unique songs and every mv has a very weird undertone to it, it's their concept btw.. their music is just so fun and you always have to listen with an open mind, I recommend russian roulette, it sounds fun and the mv is really fun to watch as well, for more somewhat "normal" but also fun songs I recommend peekaboo and zumzalabim. they just released a new song "feel my rythm" you can do that as well

Red Velvet are in my top 5 of groups. Unfortunately RV was not able to promote this comeback. Wendy, the blonde, suffered a very bad accident during a year end show rehearsal. I think there is only one other video of them singing this song together, and that was at a fan meet. She is back now and as good as ever, her song "Like Water" is a must. RV vocals are no joke, and stand up there with Mamamoo for pure vocal talent. There aren't many groups that can say that their entire line-up could be main vocals any where else, Red Velvet is one of those groups. I think you'll like "Bad Boy", it has a very R&B influence to the song, and again shows off the vocals. Also, Mamamoo is perhaps the most well rounded and talented female vocal group out there right now (my opinion). cheers

RED VELVET is definitely a special group. They are quite an experimental group. They work on really different styles, and it's hard to find a common point in their work. Like other comments explain, you can identify two faces of them (RED / VELVET). I hope you can react to more of their stuff. WENDY and SEULGI's vocals are probably beyond the best in Kpop. If you want to react to other girl groups in terms of vocal, i recommand you to watch the girl group MAMAMOO, which is famous for this and because of their vocals and the way they perform live.
There is this song i think u will think is insane, its called Hally death day, by Xdinary heroes, its a k-band so there is no dancing but instruments. They are really new and litterly only of this song as of now but check it out. The song really goes crazy

Red Velvet is under SM and SM are mainly known for their Vocals. When you get a chance to check out BoA, who is basically THE legendary Idol (also under SM ). I mean she been around for over 20 years and still oh so relevant. Red Velvet sometimes literally feels like SM had a board meeting and said " let's make a group of 5 Boas"🤣
This is a personal favorite, but you should check out Purple Kiss. Their debut song 'Ponzona' made them my ultimate girl group instantly. Theyre also having a comeback with 'Memem' in a couple days as well!

They are vocal queens!!!! and to me their sound is different but in a good way. These 2 groups are, in my opinion, the best female kpop group vocalists. Once you hear Mamamoo you'll end up loving them too. Both groups bring spectacular, unique, and beautiful vocals. They are all beautiful as well.
red velvet is a 3rd gen girl group from SM entertainment and that company is well-known for the best vocalists in kpop. every of the "Big 3" companies (now "Big 4" with hybe) are known for some specialty. like JPE are known for their dance quality and good natured/well educated idols. YG is known for hiphop heavy groups (nowadays though they fell off favor bc their artists and CEO had a variety of criminal charges and prison sentences.
Red Velvet are renowned vocal queens! They are 3rd gen kpop group and one of the top girl groups regardless of generation. Check out their other song Peek A Boo with a faster tempo yet still vocally outstanding as usual. Then u HAVE TO check out their sub unit of Irene and Seulgi. 2 of their outstanding songs called Monster and Naughty. It's superb! All 5 are beauties. Irene is the leader and she's arguably the best visual in any kpop girl group.

You've fallen down the most dangerous rabbit hole in Kpop, that is also known as Red Velvet! lol Red Velvet are known for being a vocal group and they are also more famously known for having one of the most diverse and critically acclaimed discographies in Kpop! The group are known for never repeating a concept twice and every time that they come back, they absolutely kill it! The title tracks are always fantastic and the Bsides even better!! They are a group where you have to listen to the entire album. Because their albums don't have a skip option. The group have also just had 2 comebacks in the past week! 'Feel My Rhythm' (Korean) and 'Wildside' (Japanese).
