The song is dedicated to his friend, Joe Hughes, who sadly ended his life. One of Ren's really early songs is also dedicated to Joe (Freckled Angels). There's a live version of that one, too. Ren puts his heart and soul into his music every time. Bloody love him, I need to give him a mum hug for sure ❤

I wondered if that mic is so good that when Chinchilla takes the one line by herself, Ren bends his head away from the mic, so it doesn't pick up even his breathing? She can move her mic away when he sings alone.😊
