Vessel is crazy talented, he does all the vocals, all instruments except drums, and most of the production. The drummer is the only other band member, though they have additional musicians for live performances.

IMO. She wants her reflection, her bitter deception setting her free. These are narcissistic traits. They hate themselves and a narcissist will break their victim down and take all their victims energy until there is nothing left and they leave. They do this by reflecting their victim at first, they will be everything you ever wanted in a person but it’s all deception. In the end, he learned that he wanted the same as her, he wanted his energy back, he wanted to be set free so he takes the knowledge that people out there exist and they can make you suffer really bad. But he got through it, he suffered and found something greater than himself to believe in (ascension) and he leaves. His redemption and any “revenge” to a narcissist that hurts you is to just succeed to not let the evil that’s in them to win against you.

I don't tend to comment on many vids, but you seem the type you could just grab a beer with and chat pure music goodness, so thanks for sharing your thoughts, as they are appreciated. I would just add that there are some points near the start and end where you speak RAPIDLY so it's a tad hard to follow, but it's normally when mentioning liking and following, I think? So no biggie. Love the reaction, seeing how wide your eyes went after that first drop had me dying. As far as the message of the song, i believe that it was an all around toxic relationship, they both wanted to grow, as they grew they realized they werent right for each other, they hurt each other, and ended things in a bitter way.

What I love about this anonymous collective is that they blend all this music genders so well in a song or an album so if you like more heavy stuff you can get a little more involved in pop or hip hop music wich is cool cause I listening often hip hop and R&B but not blended with rock and metal

Sleep Token Yassss! Sleep Token are the best band I have ever come across and the recent album is definitely my AOTY! You should go down the rabbit hole now. They’re genre bending and use elements of everything from rock, metal, RnB, trap, hip hop, gospel, and more. Even if you don’t like one song don’t write them off as every song is different and as you can see from this one they switch up completely through the songs, also don’t be thrown off by some of them being 7-8 minutes long either as it goes by far too quickly. You should start at the beginning and work your way through as they tell a story and have call backs to a lot of them. The band are anonymous, I and others know who they are but won’t reveal out of respect to the band and fans but the singer goes by the moniker Vessel, drummer, who is a beast is II, bassist III and guitarist IV. From London UK. As far as their discography goes they brought out two EPs called One and Two, then 2 singles called Jaws and The Way That You Were, then the three albums Sundowning, The Place Will Become Your Tomb, then TMBTE (Take Me Back To Eden). They’ve done five covers that I’m aware of. One being Hey Ya by OutKast, I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston, Is It Really You? By Loathe and When The Party’s Over by Billie Eilish, Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen. His Vocal range I believe is B ♭2 to F#5 and he has a wonderful chest voice, head voice and scream. I have never hyper fixated on a band like I have with these! Loved the react and Will subscribe and hopefully see many more. 🖤 The trilogy = Seduction. Destruction. Liberation.
