Last summer i decided to start listening to Taylor Swift. I picked Folklore for my first listen. I got stuck on Exile and listened like 500 x. Blew my mind - had no idea how talented is.

This was the song that changed my perspective of her. I was never really a huge fan, but man this song is chefs kiss. I went back and listened to all her albums and this woman is so talented.

Very few comments here how incredible Justin Vernon is. This dude can sing and his range is crazy. His own stuff (Bon Iver and a lot of collaborations) is outstanding. She had one person she wanted to collaborate with on this song.

This song has the same effect on every person I've shown it to. They all get emotional, even if they dislike Taylor. The combination of Bon's deep tones with Taylor's sweet and soft voice is the perfect recipe for making someone cry. Plus, the lyrics... heartbreaking.

I love this song by TS! The harmony is on point, and I especially love the rounds where they sing in parallel to one another. My favorite part is when he sings, "I gave so many signs," and she sings "I didn't even see the signs." Beautiful lyrics.

So sorry to hear about your father, praying for peace and comfort. I became a Swifty after hearing her song Marjorie…it described perfectly my grief after my mother passed away.
Relatively new 46 year old Swifty here. Folklore and Evermore were late discoveries on my part but they have become my favorites. Tolerate It is incredible and I hope you try that one.
