Hi John! You have no idea the rabbit hole you are about to joyfully fall in to with The Warning! This is probably their most "commercial" of all their songs and still a banger! These three sisters are the present and future of ROCK! The oldest is about to turn 23 and they already have 3 full albums, an EP and a few singles out. Not one bad song! Seriously! More Please!

Welcome to The Warning! They honestly don't know how to write a bad song, so if you want to keep going down the rabbit hole, you can literally pick any song and it'll be a banger. However, I recommend Evolve, Money, Error, Dust to Dust (Pau the drummer sings lead while singing), Dull Knives, or Survive at TEDx (They were 16, 14, and 12 at the time) which is a performance that hooked in a great many of The Warning Army. Oh and I love your use of that soft FF6 (or was that FF8?) song in the background while you were talking at the end, nice touch!

Great reaction John! These ladies are fantastic! The Villarreal Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers who live in Monterrey, Mexico. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards. Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards. Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing. Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage. After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020. They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track! The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock. Both parents are professionals (civil engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English speaking school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico. They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old. Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC. When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 22, 20 and 18 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs. I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 2 more times during the 6 shows I attended on their recent North American MAYDAY Tour. Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans. They are all just amazingly talented. Pau beats the drums like they owe her money, Ale has some sick skill on that bass, and then add in Dani's voice and guitar and you have a very potent trio.

The best thing is that you have only heard just one and they have more than 40 originals, of which 20 (minimum) can enter a "Top 10" and the difficult thing will be to order from 1 to 10 because anyone could occupy the first position. If you liked "Choke" of this amazing band then you will enjoy their original works even more: "Animosity", "Evolve", "Disciple", "Money", "Dull Knives", "Error", "Z", for example... But, if you want to live the same thing that the followers of these 3 incredible sisters "suffer" (haha), I recommend their tremendous previous album: "Queen Of The Murder Scene" (a masterpiece worthy of being classified as a "rock opera" ), from their first song "Dust to Dust" to the last one called "The End". I cannot say enough about these amazing sisters. I just discovered The Warning a year ago and quickly became a life long supporter. The amount of energy, passion, and just love of doing what they do immediately grabbed me. I had not been to a concert since the early 2000s and I decided to go see TW early last summer. What an experience. They are even better live. 5 days later I drove 12 hours one way to see them again, and drove 4 hours to see them again in the fall, and I'm one of many. TWA (The Warning Army) members travel from all over to catch one of their shows. If you like an old school hard rock sound with elements of punk, pop, grunge, even a little metal, this is the group for you. They are ferocious, energetic and especially awesome live. Three sisters from Mexico, they are currently just 22, 20, and 18 years old. They have released three albums and every song rocks! Try some more.

The last year has been fantastic for these ladies. They've opened for some of their biggest influences. One show for Foo Fighters, one show for Guns & Rose's, they toured summer and fall with Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless, toured Canada with Three Days Grace in November and starting tomorrow they are opening 4 shows in Mexico for Muse. I saw them live 6 times this summer and fall. They are everything live!!

You've been Warned! The Villarreal sisters are the new hope for the survival (revival?) of Rock. If you're going to get properly oriented to the Warning journey, you need to start at the beginning - their cover of Enter Sandman when Dani (on guitar) was 14, Pau (on drums was 12) and Ale (on bass) was 9. That video now has over 24 Million views on RU-vid and received positive comments from members of Metallica as well as getting them invited to contribute to Metallica's Blacklist album. Their cover on that of Enter Sandman included Allesia Cara and is one of the best covers you'll ever see. You're in for an amazing ride from their early days of doing covers to their amazing songwriting and stage performances.

Lzzy Hale called them "tiny and fierce". 'Evolve' is another hard rocking song, along with 'Disciple', but anything - literally anything - The Warning does is great.

In 2021 The Warning were asked to be part of the Metallica Blacklist Album, they Teamed up with Canadian Pop singer Alessia Cara and they did a cover of "Enter Sandman", it's not so much a Cover but a reimagining of the song it's like a new song, you should check out the video of the song and maybe do a reaction to it.

Pau the drummer 21 on Feb. 5 and Ale the bassist just turned 18 Dec. 13. They have an EP and three full albums at this age. And English is their second language. Just scratched the surface. These three sisters are each phenomenal in their own rights. You mentioned Dany and her vocals, yes she's really great as a lead singer and guitarist, coming up with great riffs and leads (tasteful solos as well) and singing at the same time. She's a powerhouse. Pau, the drummer - a force of nature behind the kit and a principle writer for the group, also sings beautiful lead on a few songs while playing drums. And then Ale, the bassist - a great technical player and backing vocalist holding down the rhythm and lower end so proficiently. After exploding online with viral moment after viral moment, The Warning have used that momentum for a series of independent releases, including the Escape the Mind EP [2015], XXI Century Blood [2017] and Queen of the Murder Scene [2018]. After quietly amassing over 120 million RU-vid views and 10 million streams, they have already burst into the limelight of the hard rock world with their debut single "CHOKE" on LAVA Records in 2021, which reached over 2.5 million streams upon its release, followed by five more singles and a collabaration with Alessia Cara for Metallica’s "The Metallica Blacklist“ album. If you do dive into their catalog you're in for a real treat. Every song from them is good, most are great and some are just superb. They are in that select group of performers who are even better live. The Covid lockdown hit just days before they were supposed to kick off their first North American tour. Not letting that slow them down, they hit the studio and recorded their third album full of of concert-ready bangers. The tour eventually happened last year but much bigger than they expected. They should be in Nashville soon to work on the fourth album and I am eagerly awaiting that.

These young ladies are awesome! I get misty eyed every time I listen to them because they've renewed my faith in good old fashioned rock, they are a breath of fresh air. The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 20) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 22) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band. They had been uploading their musical journey to RU-vid for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA. They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues. In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever! So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on RU-vid and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star. On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning re-imagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song... This band got me to go to my first concert in 40 yrs. I’m 70, a long time rocker and retired from the entertainment industry. They come on stage at energy 11 and it just goes up from there. A wall of sound. Most of their concert music is better than the studio versions, on purpose. The next legit super group.

These 3 amazingly talented sisters have been The Warning for 10 years now. They write all their own songs, and when they play live, it is just as great, if not better, than the music video. These girls are hard rock. They have a discography of over 40+ original songs, and personally, I can not say there is a bad one amongst them. Try doing a live video next time. They don't have a bad song. Pick one, you'll like it.Their fan base is from 8 - 80. I'm 62 and haven't been very excited over most bands in the last 40 years. These young ladies are amazingly talented and just keep getting better. Tomorrow they start opening for Muse for 4 dates in their home country of Mexico. This is the beginning of the end of them being an opening act. People like you (reactors) are certainly helping this band rise to the top. A great example is Harry Mack. I'm not a huge Rap fan but Harry is amazing and reactors were a big part of his success. Do more of The Warning. It will help them and you. The rabbit hole goes deep. By the way, great reaction.

They are at least as good live as they are on their recordings. The problem is trying to figure out what to recommend - they have no duds. The official video for "Error" or the live session of "Evolve" would be great, but the drummer ("Pau", short for Paulina) does the best cover of Radiohead's "Creep". She also sings lead on "Dust to Dust", the first song of their "Queen of the Murder Scene" album. The live version at Lunario CDMX is a great one to watch.

I first discovered The Warning back in mid 2015 when they were literally children doing covers and their father was posting videos of them on you tube for friends and family to see the girls progress. It has been well over seven years since I saw a video of them doing a cover of Metallicas Enter Sandman and have not missed a single day since in which I have listened to or watched a video of these amazing young sisters. In my 63 years of life I have never been so into a band as I am these young ladies. They are simply in a class of their own as no two songs sound alike. They exhibit a very wide range of “styles” in their music, yet at the same time have created a unique and distinct sound that is unmistakably their own. I believe it is impossible for them to produce a bad song. I have been saying for many years now that they would one day be known world wide and be recognized as one of, if not the greatest power trio of all time. If you continue down this rabbit hole I believe you will agree that they are well on their way to bringing that prediction to fruition. Mark my words, these sisters will without a doubt sell out arenas, stadiums, and be invited to headline the biggest music festivals the world has to offer. The last vocal bit was actually both Ale and Dany. Ale is the lower range in that part while Dany takes the higher for the studio version. It isn't showcased in this video, but you will see that Ale actually does the quiet part as a solo. For me The Warning is the best power trio out there. Personally I adore this band, and the personalities of these amazing rockers. Dany, Pau and Ale have rejuvenated rock that was very much needed. The last time I was EVER this excited for a band was back when I discovered Iron Maiden in 1989 and Metallica in 1986. These girls will go farther than both of those bands (and have already accomplished more at a younger age), and as Lizzy Hale told them, "rock is in good hands."

Hey John, signing up for more of The Warning! I won't suggest specific songs, the rest of The Warning Army are already in here with plenty for you to get started on. Would you believe that when they were 18, 16, and 13 years old they they wrote and recorded a full concept album? Well they did called Queen of the Murder Scene. It is truly a masterpiece so if/when you get to any of those songs, I would definitely suggest going through them in order. To make that even easier, in 2018 they debuted the full album live at Lunario CDMX and had it professionally recorded. Those videos are available on their YT page and broken into individual videos as well as the full concert all in one. If you want to get more of a personal introduction to them there is also a TedX talk titled "you have been warned" where they discussed their choice to stay independent as a young band as well as writing their own music and performing 3 original songs from their first full album XXI Blood. They are the real deal. I hadn’t heard of them but caught them a few months ago opening for Halestorm and was completely blown away. I haven’t stopped listening to them since. Check out money. Studio track over their live performance video opening for the foo fighters but it will show you what they are like live. So good.

John, you have been WARNED! It is time to ride The Warning train my friend. This is my absolute fave band right now. These girls are so talented and you haven’t even scratched the surface. Choke is off the newest album ERROR. So many good songs top to bottom. Their songwriting is second to none. Their second album is Queen of the Murder Scene and that is a concept album and knocks everyone’s socks off. You have to listen to it in order and if you want to react to live versions, the concert at Lunario MDX is usually considered one of the best. I look forward to more The Warning reactions. Hi These Ladies are opening for three days for Muse. Since they started they wanted to open for them The Muse are their idols. The lead singer turns 23 on the 30th. The drummer turns 21 near the beginning of February and the bassist turned 18 on December 13th.The drummer also sings lead and background and the bassist sing background. Ale the bassist sings back ground but only sings lead when Dany is feeling under the weather

Such a power trio! Dani got a great voice, but her sister on drums are nearly just as good, and jumps in on main vocals now and then. Either on studio, or live, if Dani is a little sore. They are gatting much respect from other artists. The usually warm up for bigger bands in Mexico. Like Foo Fighters a year ago, GnR a few months ago and latest MUSE on their 3 concerts. They are BIG MUSE fans! For a couple of months also warming up for Halestorm and The pretty reckless over a few months. Lzzy Hale got so impressed that she gave Dani a special spec'ed Gibson Explorer. Returning a favor from a band Halestorm once warmed up for 20 years ago. Paying forward for being an inspiration for them to step up as a band. They also are good friends of the girls in Band-maid, and they met each other at Aftershock. Favourite song? Choke made me invested, while Martirio is my absolute favourite.

They toured the US in summer and fall with Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, and Canada with Three Days Grace. tomorrow they will open the first of 4 muse concerts in mexico. and in june they will be at the rock am ring in germany. More than 100 concerts this year.

Thanks! This is great. I haven't been this excited about a band since, I dunno, the Clash or something. You have to see them live. The impact is incredible. You have been warned, as the fans say. Dany, the guitarist, does have a powerful voice, but Pau, the drummer, has an amazing voice for the more emotional, vulnerable songs. I suggest you check out Pau’s vocals on Dust to Dust, Narcisista, 24, Breathe (where she is solo on piano), and her cover of Creep (also solo on piano).
