Malaysians themselves love kids sometimes you'll probably get random people cooing and gushing over your kid asking about their age etc. so pls don't be alarmed. It's normal here. 😅 People love to go out and spend time with their kids. Probably that's why every place tries to cater to the kids. The klcc park amenities are one of the examples.😂

Welcome to our humble country Malaysia 🇲🇾🤍 Trust me y'all feel like home here, just got to get used to with the weather 😅. By the way if you don't know many Malaysians have moved to Australia for other opportunities. Even my neighbor married an Australian guy and they are settled in Australia now but once a year they'll come over to Malaysia to visit their Malaysian family here. Have fun guys..and if you're Christian there are churches here too for worship/service/mass. God bless 😊

Ayam goreng is fried chicken! So you're supposed to marinate the chicken with the paste and fry it crispy brown in hot oil . Anyway, welcome to Malaysia and a have a great stay 😊.

The best family town is Subang USJ, you can just live there without worrying of needing to go out of town to get anything, because there are 5 - 6 mall nearby and the area has alot of shoplots as well. And the biggest Sunway mall located there. Chill place to live.

The Sunway area you're in has everything. You have Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Medical Centre(private hospital), Sunway College, their residential area and Sunway Lagoon.

Well, they're at Sunway Velocity so it is still the one in KL. What he meant up here is the suburb of Sunway, which has the gigantic Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon theme park, Sunway medical, etc.

I'll leave a quick comment. (edit... after typing it all, it's not really that short... d'uh) Meet up with some locals, get them to show you the local stuff, how you should be cooking the food and what not and then you'll be learning a lot lot lot lot more than what you are trying to do with trial and error. 😛 BTW since you are so near to AEON, walk about 500m away and go shop in AEON. That's like a totally full sized Supermarket & Departmental Store all in one. Final tip... take an MRT to Cochrane and you'll find LOTUS's there it's the cheaper Supermarket which I was talking about. IKEA is there as well. The name of the Mall is MyTOWN. I'm sure you'll like it there as well. Enjoy!!!

If you're looking for men's apparel and not so pricey i really recommend Padini outlets, the prices are not that bad and they do have a lot of oversized shirts that you can choose from

there's one in 1 Utama shopping centre and its quite big, its around probably 20-30 mins away by Grab and accessible through MRT train if you wanna opt for that

KL = malls lol. Best ones are KLCC Suria, Pavilion KL, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, TRX, Midvalley/The Garden, Lalaport, Times Square, 1Utama & the largest one is IOI City mall.

Google for all you can eat Korean BBQ and a ton of authentic Korean BBQ places will pop up. It's very cheap... all you can eat for less than RM50 per person. The one you went to is not that good. If there's anything you're unsure of, just ask any of the staff or any other the other patrons... they will be more than glad to help you out. People in Malaysia are generally super nice and helpful. 😄

@@yummemys4608 You can try Meatopia in SS2, PJ. Side dishes not so many choices but the meats are good quality. The other one you can try is Honeycomb in IOI Mall, Puchong. Lots of side dishes and meat choices as well.

But if you do have time, you should check out other malls too. Different malls quite different vibes but the shops are quite similar
