Welcome to Taiwan. Too bad, for your lunch, you didn't try the first foodstand/ hawker shown right next to your hotel. Usually for a store like that to survive in rent-expensive Taipei, they must have something delicious there. But well, there is always next time and so many more places you can find your meals. Pls come back to Taiwan more often.

Hi Ms. Say are you half Chinese coz you can read & speak Mandarin. BTW the one you saw "PU HAO ZHI" which means not delicious but there's a continuation after the 3 words "MIEN FEI" it means free. So it says if not delicious it's free or you don't have to pay.
