For those saying that that was a hard landing: well RC Planes are lighter and smaller than normal planes (obviously), so they’d be super sensitive to any movements and they are hard to land. Coupled with the fact that the pilot is using a Remote Control to fly the plane which makes flying difficult. That was a pretty smooth landing, and for a first time too? Amazing!

Bruh RC Planes are lighter than normal aircraft, while the giant wings of normal aircraft can make the plane land smoothly the stubby wings of the RC Plane makes it difficult to land. Coupled with it being sensitive due to how light it is. That landing was actually pretty smooth in terms of RC Planes. I thought that would have been common sense by now…

Hey jay, can you break down expo a little bit i know it deadens the sticks, so is it better for us as beginners? To take away the over reaction? And whats suggested in manuals, 10% is that a good happy medium as a beginner?
When approaching you have to go a little slower and your nose has to be pointed up a little to make sure the rear wheels have time to spin while the front wheel touches down.
@@bubachubb yeah, but it causes a chance for the rear wheels to bounce and make it start to spin out of control, hitting the wings, breaking the plane.
It was a great landing. He flared a little too early and if you would have flared again I have no doubt it might have crashed or went too far into the runway. He did great
This is one sweet plane. The landing gear sounds like hard plastic. Wouldn't a softer material give better performance? Fewer incidents on the ground, as well.
Yeah, that last comment it’s pretty true. You get around to a medium size plane it’s sterned if you do or darned if you don’t, it’s kind of like a medial medium weight that was a wonderful sound beautiful coming in throttle down but if we could just get rid of that nasty sound from the the wheels and the vibration sound as it rolls on that blacktop
