The guy not only has helped me through some REALLY dark times, but he inspired me to write my own lyrics, and hopefully soon, make my own music. It's truly a shame that he's gone. Nobody else even comes close to his sound, and style. He was one of a kind.

The video basically went like this. Expecting it’s be up beat and hard - realizing it’s not upbeat and hard - thinking it might be a bit softer - see the back of his head and think he’s a young kid making music - peep turns to the side and shows his tattoos and these guys are surprised - they listen further - realizing that it’s deep and depressing - realizing he’s not being a character. Being completely genuine - they realize peep was real and deep.

a good way to start listening to peep in my opinion is to listen to : hellboy moving on benz truck 16 lines OMFG absolute in doubt (ft wicca) better off Save that shit With these songs you can see what he has become, but if you want to discover more about what kind of music he has experienced, listen to his rap songs like ride, 420, we'll be fine, words you hear on a sinkin ship. He made some harder songs like OMFG, move on be strong or honestly which are pretty awesome too.

Man just came across you all today. Lil Peep has been my favorite artist for years. I always heard the old heads tell me their times dealing with people such a Johnny Cash passing away and never understood the pain they had from it. Peep's music would be put on when I was feeling exactly what all his song's were saying. To know a homie my age was struggling alongside and to feel him through words was like speaking with him. I ain't cried in years , and when it got to his live part on here and started showing the pictures (i havent watched star shopping music video in a while) it got me. I'm sure I needed that and am currently smiling after your reaction. Thank you guy's and will be watching more videos of yours!
