I have a live version of “everybody dies” from when I saw her live in 2022. She sat/laid down right in front of me to perform it. I was front row. I got so lucky that night. It’s one of my favorite tracks on the album.

since u enjoy the slower, softer songs, i think u would love Weyes Blood's "Titanic Rising" and "And in the Darkness, Hearts Aglow". Also all of Laufey's discography (leans towards jazz and piano). For 'rock albums', i would recommend The Last Dinner Party's "Prelude to Ecsatsy" (its more alt but it has rock elements). Love ur reactions

did you listen to what was i made for by billie? it was a song for the soundtrack of the barbie movie but i think you'll like it 'cause it's really ethereal sounding and focuses on her vocals, it also won record of the year at the grammys!! also the two "guitar songs" singles called tv and the 30th by billie too, i think it's the style of her songs that you like.

Great Reaction! You should react to 'Guitar Songs' (an EP with two songs) and some of her other music, I feel like based off the songs you like, I reckon you'd love 'Six Feet Under', 'Lovely', 'Ocean Eyes', 'everything i wanted', 'Bored', 'What Was I Made For?', 'Hostage', and 'the 30th' (the 30th is in 'Guitar Songs'). Also, her music videos are really cool, I love the videos for Happier Than Ever, Your Power, NDA, and Bury a Friend (although the last two songs aren't really your style). Also, Billie makes all her music with her brother Finneas (who is her producer and co-writer), and he also has some independent music, if you wanted to check that out. (He goes as 'FINNEAS') Anyways, just a list of suggestions of stuff you might like, keep up with the amazing videos! :)

If Billies delicate voice and deeply controlled delivery/deep/personal lyrics are what you love from this work (and I think that's safe to say you do)... Then I think its time for you to try the woman who directly is why she exists! (As an artist) Aurora! Her live performances are so perfect that I honestly suggest watching those fiest, I'll edit the exact titles in if you're interested the best examples :)

If you are trying to get into some rock I would recommend The Strokes, Artic Monkeys, Maneskin. I think a lot of their songs would be closer to your taste, especially The Strokes - The New Abnormal album. AM album from Arctic Monkeys (to start out), and Maneskin songs: Coraline, Torna a casa, Vent'anni, The loneliest, Valentine. Those are just some recommendations off the top of my head given that you like more vibey and slower paced music (if i understood correctly) :)

Not my responsibility and Overheated was in response to when paparazzi took photo’s of her leaving her car in a tank top, which was different to her usual baggy fits. That photo went viral and ended up in body shaming and bullying. Recommendation: AURORA’s album ‘The God’s we can touch’, lyrically she’s ‘fairytale like’.

@mkmetri, how about you have your mind blown. A lot of Billie's harmonies are remarkably like old Olivia Newton-John songs. She was an Australian singer who debuted in American Country music, but became famous for being the female lead in "Grease." She kept on into the '80s and '90s, surviving breast cancer, while engaging in environmental causes. I suggest one song, among many: "The Promise." But seriously, check her out from start to finish on her albums. One of my two highschool best friends had never heard that kind of music before, and she was shocked. She introduced me to hip-hop and rap. Now, I am 55, and love all good music. And I love seeing young people learning about things, and sharing what they learn and think. It's like having an extra nephew. I don't have to always agree, but I can enjoy the ride, and suggest some alternative routes.
