@@sparda9060 different production styles and different energy. The original Chronic was more of the classic G Funk sound with a few reggae vibes mixed in. Dre’s production changed and he brought on new cats on the Chronic 2001 who haven’t had the same longevity as the cats from the original. Plus I think the first Chronic documented the times in a way that 2001 didnt. 2001 had some bangers but the original was simply a classic.
