So glad you reacted to this, and yes; It is for the world to get to know him, and for those who don't, they are missing out greatness. But Taemin is not just the most incredible and breathtaking artist in the kpop industry, he also has a master degree in music and film making, which you can understand that he has very much so to say when it comes to what he delivers, making his own "fingerprint" instead of just going with the mainstream. He aced his major in between tournaments, imagine that! When he lived in the dorm with his members in the early years, they took good care of him and made sure he attended school in time and did his homework...how sweet. Also when it comes to his vocals, I saw a clip once he was talking to some trainees how they should learn to sing in another way while dancing and using their breath to hit the vocal chords. A technique SHINee is exceptional in, as they are known to be live vocal kings. He was also mentored in vocals by his fellow members Jonghyun and Onew, who is known to be some of the best vocalist in the whole industry, with their unique vocal tone. Experts recognize Taemins vocal techniques from them, and says he has learned to sing in a very healthy way. There is also a clip where SHINee are jogging and singing all clean at the same time, when they were still just trainees. Taemin is also the one who likes to play with his vocals in different way to fit the lyrics and theme of the song. Just think about Advice-I have never heard anyone singing in that way before, and clip behind scene of his recording, shows that was his own idea. The thing i love most about Taemin is he is equally a dancer as he is a performer. He never sacrifices one for the other. And he is smart total performer. He knows what type of choreo works best for his body, for the performance and for his vocals (doing too much dancing will make him sacrifice singing live).
taemin is the BEST PERFORMER of this generation. he has the face, the voice, the feet, the heart, charisma and all else that makes a BEst PErformer. for me, nobody comes even close to this superb artist!

TAEMIN is currently an artist who can combine it all: dancing, charisma, performing and singing at the highest level at the same time. Some idols can sing better than TAEMIN but I'm sure they can't reach his dancing level Some others may have a dancing level close to TAEMIN's level, but they certainly can't sing as well as him. Especially, no one can do what TAEMIN does

The majority of performance clips here were prior to 2020 at which time other idols just started debuting as soloists (2019/20). I can't imagine the pressure Taemin was under debuting as a soloist at 21 years of age the first from any boy group. At this time he was named the Ace of SM Entertainment. Had he not been successful who knows what the industry would look like today. Please react to 2 Kids a song co-written by him and filmed while promoting SuperM in Paris. The dancing in the MV was free style, but I imagine he had given it much thought prior to performing. Taemin is the greatest of 2nd gen.❤ Now, check out the best 3rd gen dancer TEN LEE. Please check TEN's NCT Lab Birthday mv and dance practice! That is a masterpiece choreo executed perfectly! And no other kpop dancer could do it as beautifully.
Did you even watched the whole video? If yes, then you are blindly super biased to your fave even after watching this whole video. Can your fave dance on a 45 degrees slanted stage, majestically singing live (WITHOUT AUTOTUNE) while dancing and performing? Some of those clips were from Taemins's almost a hundred SOLO concert TOURS. THEE King Taemin is not only the best on dancing skills but also having majestic vocals (WITHOUT AUTOTUNE). Does your fave have SOLO concerts or even a single SOLO concert? Just asking....

I would respectfully challenge that by saying it's actually TEN of NCT/SuperM/WayV. But to be fair, how about a dance battle between their "best" works? Like Taemin with Move/Guilty vs TEN's Birthday/Dream in a dream vs Jimin's (you choose). We could also throw in works of Kai, Hoshi, Dino, Rocky and The 8. I have to say though that technically and artistically I'm very confident in my pick.😅
he's literally considered the best by other idols, he's looked up to by other idols and many choreographers have spoken up about him being amazing. he might not be to you but the person in this video clearly believes so and you're defeating the whole purpose by saying he isn't. if you don't believe that, it's fine but there's no need to say it, this is supposed to be a video to appreciate taemin and his endless talent :)
@@chay.chay. he is the best dancer of 2nd gen no doubt but is he still the best currently that's debatable. I respect Taemin a lot, plus I think he is not only really good but also a really smart performer that he knows what kind of choreo works best on stage so he doesn't have to sacrifice singing live just to impress people with moves. He always delivers impactful performance without having to do so much on some of his choreos. Unlike most of boygroups choreo that requires too much energy they sometimes sacrifice their vocals. However when it comes to just dancing at its purest. Disregarding the vocals and performance aspect I think TEN is the at the top in entire kpop. He truly is a dancer's dancer. But I do recognize the fact that since he is mainly in China, some people barely know him or consider him as a kpop artist. Very big respect to Taemin though.
@@arien_000 your opinion resonates completely with me and i totally agree, for me, i personally could never compare any dancer and say that they're better than this person simply because they all excel at different things when it comes to dance so i always prefer to just support what they do as they're all so unique !!! i really do get your point because ten is literally beyond explanation :)
@@chay.chay. yeah I usually never bother debating who is the best until I discovered Ten and was disturbed by how he doesn't get the recognition and fame deserving of his caliber as an artist. Lay Zhang, Henry Lau, and now TEN - extremely talented foreign idols. But SM just keeps them half hidden through their contracts. I swear I only found out how talented Lay and Henry were when they left SM. SM locked their brilliance from the public eye to make sure to cast the spotlight on Korean idols. Such a tactician. I love many other Korean idols as well, but SM is just heartless to do this to their foreign idols.
