I`m a regular blood and plasma donor for over 20 years. And registered at the German DKMS ( Deutsche Knochenmarkspenderdatei ) since 2016. I would absolutely love to get such a phone call one day to be a match for someone. Of course i would donate stem cells or bone marrow, why would i not ?

ill never forget the time i got a call from Anotony Nolan to go and donate, at the last minute things got cancelled as the recipient took not well, i never heards anything again after this, i often wonder what happened :(

In my country(The Netherlands) it's 55 years old, registration between 18 and 35 is free of cost, from 36 to 55 you have to pay €35. I registered at 38 years old, but I think it's worth it.
