As a US military combat veteran I love and appreciate that you did the uncensored version and that how I feel. So many other reactions are not done to this which to me makes it in pure because they do not know what it's like what it's like some of this stuff . I've seen him with a stained and 3 acoustically this year. You should really listen to a few of his other songs including folded flag

That Country Boy Aaron Lewis is my brother under the Red, White, and the Blue. I stand by his words, because his words are mine in my heart. This Socialist movement has gotten way out of hand, and it’s destroying my beautiful country. Currently today we have 750 National Guard Troops stationed in our NYC subway system just because of the chaos that was created by our current government, and there’s no change in crime. Very few want to speak out because they fear cancellation of livelihood. I applaud those who have the courage to speak out against this corrupt system. It was very touching to see your reaction, how Aaron's words touched you. I am a big fan of Aaron Lewis. He was the lead singer for a band called Staind. He's now in the country music scene.

I just saw him last month at a smaller place in Kentucky where I live and he still did some stained and what hurts the most and even American pie

I'm glad you reacted to this version instead of the music video that was produced much later. You feel it more in this raw performance, partially because the other version is censored. I remember seeing some people creating an uproar about this song when it first came out on Twitter, but I didn't look into it at the time. Then I saw people creating an uproar about it AGAIN roughly a year later, and I finally decided to listen to it, and loved it. I vaguely remember his music when he did rock music, when I was a kid to young teen. Then when I was 18, he made a transition into country music and came out with a great song that was a big hit called "Country Boy". It featured the late country legends George Jones and Charlie Daniels. I loved that song. I hadn't personally heard much from him again until this song, over 10 years later.
