Yeah you can guess why the last opening is very sad.. and yes the octopus is the teacher and the students are all good for nothings the bottom of the barrel but i won't say more

In short of the whole story just by the openings. 1st Opening = happy vibe, too happy meaning. 2nd Opening = happy vibration, a true meaning of joy. 3rd Opening = happy vibe, almost depressing meaning. 4th Opening = happy vibe, definitely depressing meaning. but i love this anime so damn much ♥

I looove the beach dance in opening two, but the last opening is my favorite since its just so emotionally packed. Fantastic anime, one of the best school anime (and there are a lot of good ones).

I think you should watch this anime directly to understand the story of Mr. Kill and the 3rd-year E class students. I can guarantee you 100% will definitely cry after watching this anime.

Okay, bad English warning: I guess it will be okay to read like the synopsis if you want to know the premise of this anime (or watch the first episode), but giving more information will be spoilers, which is a big no-no (: The show focuses on a lot of characters and they're doing an amazing job at developing ALL of them. So it's a must watch imo, and yes, the second season gets more serious as you can see from openings~ Assassination Classroom is fully finished and has such a great show overall! It's maybe a little bit wild (maybe not a little ahah), but it's funny, gives important lessons, cares about characters a lot and can be very serious and emotional! It's just enjoyable as hell, I've been rewatching for more than few times already and had a blast each time XD I love this anime to pieces and it's my all time favourite! (yes, maybe it's a bit biased, cause Assassination Classroom was also my first ever anime, which I'll be forever grateful for, but it's still considered as a good classic sooo) Of course I could be speaking about how I love this anime all day, but still there'll who didn't like it at all, so it's always better to just give it a try and see for yourself)

This anime was one of the few that truly made me cry. I'm not of that emotional about movies, series and anime, but there's a few group that can make me to have a runny nose for a couple of days after watching them. Definitly recommended to watch. Has a closure ending and it's not that long in chapters.

This anime is not good vibes at all lmao. It's sometimes very action packed and suprisingly has story aswell. About the yellow octopus teacher: He is an alien that suddenly popped up and destroyed like 90% of the moon and is threatening to do the same to eart if they don't listen to his requests. His request is that he wants to teach a class of students and help their future. He also made special weapons to kill him so their goal is to kill him before the end of the school year and if they do they get a bunch of money from the government
