This is probably my favorite cover of his. It blew my mind. It's the first one I watched after I first discovered him through his original theme song he made for Nerdrotic's FNT show/stream. I also love his Sabaton cover.

🇬🇧 Since i commented before, ive found out Dan Vasc started in stage theatre in musicals & gained fame in a Biblical musical In Londons West End Theatres. There again the great legend of Metal Rock singers, Ian Gillan of Deep Purple ( his song Child in Time is my all time favourite & i want it played at my funeral!) Anyway Ian Gillan started his singing career in the hit London Show - Jesus Christ Superstar Playing the lead... Jesus Then after more brilliant work he signed up with Deep Purple. Dan Vasc has done the same ( someone in his family was a well known Opera singer so hes got the Genes!!!) A classically trained singer, in operatic terms but hes got a voice range which is phenomenal! Just coz you train in Opera doesnt mean you cant sing metal Funnily my cousin is a Minister with the English Anglican Church & he LOVES the extreme metal band Rammstein! His hair is halfway down his back but he ties it up in a ponytail & hides it down the back of his Vestments! He says Jesus had long hair so why shouldnt he? True.. very true I wonder what Jesus taste in music would be if he lived today As in my era of the 1970s & bands like Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd etc Would he be a rocker or a head banger? Just for fun, no need to do a reaction unless you want to…If you want to hear Dan do a cameo part in this same Mulan song, check out a channel called “Skar Productions”. He’s the guy who sings the first cameo. (Each of these people have their own RU-vid channels) Dan does the “…wish I knew how to swim” part. (I just about fell out of my chair when I saw Dan sing a cameo, it was completely unexpected.) Also, Skar has the same kind of mic as Dan. Don’t know who had it first, but it’s neat that they’re friends.

The extras? only know of two: the first or second is Jonathon Young? and the third is Peter Hollens who is a RU-vid guy and quite talented. He teaches some kind of music education classes in Eugene, OR. The others are probably youtubers also, but I really don't know. Dan's is my favorite rendition of this song.

Hey Britt one of the guest singers he had for this video was called Peter Hollands. He is a great acapella singer that I think you might like to listen to. I believe he was the third or forth singer in the guests.

Yes he does have extensive training. Dan also got to sing on one of Sir Christopher Lee's (Saruman, Count Dooku, many others) Rock Operas. Sir Christopher started playing metal guitar and singing metal in his 70s. Produced 4 albums. 2 Rock Operas about Charlemagne. Of whom, Sir Christopher was a direct descendant.
