I love the way you listen to the whole song before reacting to it. Dan Vasc has the most amazing voice I’ve ever heard. He can sing in all genres of music. He has it all the voice, the looks, the stance and the hair.

His dads harmonica and favorite song. Love how he stands still and just sings!!!. Metal singers start with the basics and push their voice to 11 , when others stop at 5. Plus, listen to the words closely... God is telling us something

This was my 1st Dan Vasc song. I have listened to over 100 more since then not counting watches some repeatedly. I felt like you did and shed tears of joy that welled up in me. Thank you for your reaction, When you watch and listen to a Dan Vasc video, You are not just listening to a good excellent singer. He has a way in his style of singing of pulling you in to the song where you can experience this song in an emotionally powerful way. He infuses the song with his metal emotions that draws you in. It is no longer just listening to a song, but going on am exciting and unknown journey.

Yes. I reacted much the same as you. I wasn't going to listen to it at all. I've heard A.G. so many times and metal? No way. But God said go back so I said OK but only for 15 seconds. HA! I was so moved as you were. I've been a Dan Fan ever since. Almost a year now. He has so many great covers and I especially enjoy his Christian ones; Angels We Have Heard on High, Adeste Fideli, Gethsemani, For All. Enjoy them all. I will sub for anything Dan!

Laura, you had MY same introduction to Dan. I have never liked Metal and thought it was just noise. I was mad when I saw "Metal Singer Sings Amazing Grace." Watched it with the intention of giving it a really bad review. I was left with my mouth hanging open and I have been on a mission to listen to everything he sings ever since. Isn't it wonderful that we can watch him whenever we want??? Makes new technology a really great idea although I do hate it a lot of the time.😄Happy Easter! 🐰🐣🐦❣

Of all of the reactions I have seen (and, believe me, I've seen many!), yours was the one I truly enjoyed the most. Others will pick apart the technical aspects of Dan's rendition, but you listened with your heart. Very good....... if someone is NOT moved by this cover, they don't have a soul. So many different plateaus expressed and he treats this hymn with the respect it deserves, while making it his own.

Hi Deli! It has been one year since I saw my very first video of Dan Vasc and this was the one. I was left with my mouth wide open in shock so I understand how you felt. I have been watching as much of his content as I can and you are in for such a joyous exploration. He can sing anything and brings you into the true meaning of each song whether it is light-hearted, heaviest Metal, Opera, Christmas Carols, or good old Rock music.
