Marcelito Castro Pomoy IS THE REAL DEAL. Check out his life story; it is worthy of a movie. I had the great privilege of meeting and watching him live in concert last June in Toronto. Watching him live was like an out of body experience. The videos DO NOT do his voice any justice. Proud to be Filipino. Cheers from Toronto. From his biggest fan in Canada.

He's singing the Celine Dion voice in English AND the Andrea Bocelli voice in Italian. If you've heard the original version you'd totally freak out. I've heard Marcelito's rendition so many times and I still get goosebumps each time! It's uncanny in an awesome kinda way!

Lovely reaction. Mine was equally unbelieving. You can hear him sing a shorter version of The Prayer on America's Got Talent: The Champions. It is the first of the 4 songs he sings in that competition. The others are Time to Say Goodbye, Beauty and the Beast, and We Are the Champions. He also performs an homage to Celine Dion in The Power of Love. Many happy reaction returns. Loved your show.

Marcelito Pomoy when he win in Philippines Got Talent 2011 he was only 25yrs old. His parents abandoned him he live in prison when he was young bec his father got jail. He just finish his school only grade 3. He discover his 2voices when he was in the poultry he really likes singing while giving food for the chicken. When he watch in tv that there is talent search he audition in Talentadong Pinoy. Same like Philippines got talent from there they saw that he has a potential and he has an edge. He just use this talent search to go to the next level which is Pilipinas Got Talent 2011 from there he win the grand price. Until he have given a chance to enter the showbiz he have lots of shows inside and outside the country. Because of his humble attitude God continue to bless him. Im praying that even he will not win in AGT there are many doors to open to give him and offer him good opportunities abroad. I really love Marcelito bec of his humble person. 😍

Marcilito Pomoy was born September 22, 1984 he is married with one child a daughter. He has been on America's Got Talent and several other talent shows. He was left by his mom at the age of about 7 yrs old (i think) who thought she couldn't take care of him. His father spent time in jail. He thought by getting on these talent shows his parents would find him they did and are now reunited. There is more info on him.

He is a great person. He is self taught. He was a homeless child. His mother left him and his father was in jail. Now he has is family now. He is married with his own child.
