Actually among KPOP agencies YG is the best for grooming a talent cause he didn't sugar coat them even if it's his favorite trainees he pushed them to give always their best then thank him later well it's not new to curse him but it's true he make artists that last long in industry plus YG's former & all artists are strong compared to all Kpop agencies no one died from his artists because he trained them to stand on their own be strong & be different...

YG might have messed up in several places but their artists and music have always been top tier whatsoever. Also YG provides a lot of things for their trainees and artists that most companies don't. That's why they all admire YG so much.

all kpop companies have their scandals. it just hasn't been revealed yet🤷🏻‍♀️ In industry kpop, no one is a good company. can't wait for part 2🤩

I think you will understand more if you watch YG Treasure Box...we all know YG don't want a big group since early days cause he wants to shine all of them but he changed his mind because the trainees participated on this survival were almost all talented but the original plan was only 7 that's why he created another group which is Magnum it's hard to pick who will debut cause trainers,producers,fans & YG are the one who will judge it...the good news is almost all 29 trainees debuted from different groups thanks to YG for his advise to give their best shots cause other agencies might grabbed the opportunity & it happens they are now in CIX,Cipher,Wei & BugveL

i actually like that they took a lot of time before they debuted because they were really able to get to know one another and form this amazing brotherhood. they were able to polish their skills even more because some of them haven't trained for that long, some of them were able to actively participate in their song production which is amazing, and they were also able to get some rest after the survival show (i think they went to bail, Indonesia after the show? hahaha). also, they were very very young when the show ended, i think their maknae's around 14 at that time? so i'm glad they took some time. 18 months is a very long time but i personally think it was worth it cause it really prepared them for the idol life. istg when they debuted they were like monsters! they didn't have a rookie phase hahaha they just went straight to professionals 🤣🤣🤣🤣

9:49 as a treasure fan for quite a long time i can say that you shouldn't feel sorry for them they're happy in yg ,even after debuted they can still proudly say yg is a dream job.it's somehow a good thing that their debut got postponed because they got a lot more time to prepare themselves for the reality of idol lives especially most of them are minors at the time .Yg has alot of scandals yes but i think it's because they are not afraid to show or say what they want that's why they're called the rebel company in kpop they will never go as the same way other company does just to be called the best company or what so ever They may suck (letting their artist rest) at giving a comeback but never be confused about mistreatment and mismanagement Those pre-debut content of treasure is good because yg let them play or do the things kids and teens normally do that they missed out during their trainee days at such a young age

Yes, they have their own studios - PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. Goup A in YGTB was allotted $100,000 per year per trainee by the COMPANY. All trainees were given training by the COMPANY on Singing, Rap, Dance, English, Japanese, Debate and many more. The COMPANY does not just debut because they have to but they want to make sure that they produce the best artists. That is why we have BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, iKON, WINNER, etc. They don’t just make a comeback just because other artists have a comeback so frequently within the year. They want to make sure they give the best quality content or products because they know that the fans worked hard to save money to buy whatever they put out.

They are very special group of guys with immense talent and genuine personalities. Thank you for checking them out.

Hating without knowing the truth is just not fair. Even their former artists defended yg whenever they saw hate comments from their fans towards the company. Them who knows the company best are proud and thankful yet people who knew nothing are always the hateful ones.

Not only because of the scandals they were facing at that time but 3 of TREASURE members during that time were literally 13(14 Korean age) and 14(15 Korean age) and debuting them at that time is definitely not a good idea.... Y'all might not like YG and will never be but we all don't know him personally other than what the media portrayed him to be and what they allow us to see is just one part of it.... But no one can deny he has eyes for talents and real artists.... I'm also not trying to defend him or anything since i've been stanning YGA's since 2005, anyone is also entitled to their opinion about who they will like and not but comparing YG and JYP, the latter is just worst, YG sucked at promotions however he isn't as insufferable as JYP....

We understand you hate companies but as you can see there's no perfect company at all especially in KPOP there's bad side too it's just YG & his artists are always the target of kmedia YG is always different from other agencies since the beginning so they always tried to drag them down just put an example how iKON lost their leader B.I kmedia make the worst headlines so he decided to leave the company & his group for their sake now he's a soloist & doing good...

2 things that I genuinely applaud YG for? 1. They dont have trainee debt like most companies. They spend hundreds of dollars each trainee and they dont have to pay for it even if they leave the company. 2. They teach their trainees how to make their own music: producing, songwriting, composing. That's why hyunsuk said it's his dream company. He can truly make his kind of music and express himself there.

It's always my love and hate with YG, and it's the same with other company bcs me myself is multi stan and have been fangril for a long time, YG is not the best but not the worst either bcs there were companies that did physical assault to their artists, suicidal scandal & not to mention their underpaid and overworked What i like about YG is be a human before you became artist, bow 90° to whoever you meet especially older than you that's such a basic rule that most people forget, and YG didn't charge their trainee for Training fees all free so once their debut they can directly get the money, YG don't really jump into their artists privacy (especially dating) and just go it's our artists privacy we can't say anything about it, it's always you can date but make sure you can paid and already get your own money don't let your bf/gf Starve and their artistically they're free to create their own music but still when it comes to releases not that free tho except for bigbang I just hate YG for their promotion ngl, and YG never organized with cb i just hate it, the management really sucks tbvh, the way they handle every artist is way too different especially when it comes to protecting their artists, I don't want anymore survival show going through, who is next, Mix&match & Ygtb enough for me, it's hurt I am a bit late for bigbang coz they're already debut at that time i started stan them but still watching their survival show also hurt and even more with YG conditions as company at that time

I laugh everytime you shade YG. True, not a good company but they're definitely not the worst. I hate them for delaying comebacks and sometimes lack of contents but puts out the best quality once they drop something. I ain't defending the company since I also hate the company before but after stanning Treasure, I understand some parts I used to hate since we see many contents of Trsr in YGE. YG might be an aashole(as how you will see him if you're new to kpop) but even Treasure's debut was postponed, the boys prepared themselves becoming a ROOKIE MONSTER when they finally debuted. The producers(treasure members) take that as their opportunity to master their craft..Thus they have been credited under their names the songs and lyrics that we're enjoying right now..YG made them strong

You don’t know how many idols and aspiring artists wants to debut in YG. If you think they are a pity because they didn’t debut immediately it’s because they believed in the company and it’s their dream to debut in YG. They could have left like how the other member did. But the 12 of them choose to stay, wait, and made themselves better to the day until it’s time for them to debut. If you watch kdramas you would think that what happened to YG is like a scheming plot in KDramas.

Treasure debuted during yg scandals, they get hates and being ignored just because they are fr YG. Knetz even boycotted them and some left the fandom. They've been through a lot, A lot. Their debut got delayed for 2 yrs, got hiatus after 5 mos of debut, but still getting awards and recognitions. Treasure's talents never betray. People recognized them not because they are from YG but because they are talented with overflowing personalities. Thanks for checking them out.

Is understandable your hate towards the companies you mentioned. I personally also have beef with some of them, and I don't even stan their artist (SM I'm looking at you). I guess is just understanding they're a business and sometimes they look at their artist as assets and not people. As I said, business-wise is understandable, acompany needs to make money to survive, but humanly is not (when we talk about mistreatment). Since the video is about Treasure, teumes and YGstans support their artist but would be lying if we said we don't have trouble with some decisions YG has made. Still, with this said, there are also remarks that need to be praised (or at least awknowledged), and I think putting them on an almost 2 years hiatus pre debut was the best decision. As you guys said, a survival show is exhausting (physically, mentally and emotionally), and if we really wanted them to function as a group, some time for them to bond and get to know each other was needed. Also, once again as you guys laughed at (no hard feelings), YG scandals, not even related to Treasure at all, would've put them under the eye of the toxic kpop comunity, placing these 12 kids in an uncomfortable position of "omg this company is trying to cover their scandals debuting artists, let's boycott". Ngl, waiting for Treasure to debut for 2 years, with no news of them or any announcement if debut was cancelled or not, was stressful, but I feel in the end, it was the best. They had time to know each other, to keep trainning and polishing their skills, not only sing, rap and dance, but producing and writing lyrics. When Treasure finally merged from that YG dungeon, we saw the enormous improvement they had (and excuse me, their performances in YGTB are top tier), and still made us see that they have so much more room for improvement. No wonder teume is always proud of Treasure. We know their value :)

only og YG stans know YG is shit but they aren't the worst. So many idols suffer worse from sexual abuse, overwork, slave contracts, no income, etc. That's why some artists still renew their contracts. Plus the rare freedom to be involved in their music which was rare back then.
