FIRST TIME REACTING TO XG (SHOOTING STAR, LEFT RIGHT, NEW DANCE) 

XG is a japanese group. Formed under the new label XGALX (based in SK), a subsidiary company of AVEX (japanese company).They were trained in both Japan and South Korea. They are paving a new path XPOP (a combination of different music cultures. Jpop,Kpop and western pop/hiphop/rnb). They're inspired by most of the late 90's and early 2000's artists (mostly black artists and they always mention it in their interviews). They are a truly interesting group. You should watch their tapes (raps), vox videos (vocals), and move (dance). In their tapes they usually use 3 languages (english, japanese, and korean). I hope to see more XG in your channel. XG is “X POP” which mean Global group. But they categorize themselves as Hip Hop and R & B. They were formed just like Korean groups are formed. They had to audition and go through an entire program/contest stage that lasted years. Their concept is that they are Aliens. And the MVs have individual contempt’s that all string along and read like a story about them as aliens coming to earth and sort of domination all competition etc. They are all Japanese. 4 rappers and 3 vocalists. All the rappers can also sing, so you’ll see them singing sometimes.

Great reaction. XG was formed by Simon (K-pop idol formerly with DMTN). He is Japanese and Korean but grew up in the USA and fell in love with hip-hop. He wanted to create the first global girl group. He trained them as hard as a boy group so they could perform with the same strength as boy groups and at the same intensity as dance crews. All 7 are excellent dancers, vocalists and rappers. They are something truly special. XG is the best. 😉

Now that you've reacted to there main stream side I think it's time for you to see there talent in full drive, please do Vox #1-5 vocal line and Tapes #1-3 (3 having A and B) Rap line and of course X-Gene the last song you haven't heard in the album but do it with the rap stuff since it's short also they have a song that was created for SWF2 called Show You Can which is also rap there's a lyric video and an actual performance for the song. Finally there's a clip on RU-vid on shorts that shows cocona when she was 13 rapping over Eminem and Logic you don't have too but that clip showed me she hasn't shown everything

When I say NO ONE come close to touching this group💀 I mean it.. not even Blackpink is on this groups level, they’re just a different breed🔥🐺💯truly the best GG EVERRR made!

XG always absolute 🔥🔥🔥 i have never ever been into girl groups at all until i discovered XG. They are in a league of their own. Their charisma and raw talent is just next level. They will be on the cover of the upcoming issue Billboard Magazine. Once you go down the XG rabbit hole you never return like all the other millions of us. You should definitely watch their legendary cypher that went viral globally "XG TAPE #2 GALZ XYPHER" that will blow your mind. And their insane dance crew video "XG MOVE #3" it is 🔥🔥🔥

Concept - basically they're aliens. For the mini album I would start with Hesono (Birth??). Then in order of their release - GRL GVNG (Arrival), TGIF (Expansion), New Dance (Exploration), and then Puppet Show (Leadership/Celebration). Missing from this list is X-Gene for which there is no MV yet as far as I know. If I'm wrong I'm sure the Alphaz will correct me. For me I like to start with Hesono then everything else in reverse order. Heh. As you progress you will notice they use a lot of circular shapes in their videos for this album. Since you started with New Dance you probably saw there is a circular shape in the water at the end right before the girl (Cocona) was enveloped by a bubble (another circle!!). Why? I don't know.

XG is neither K-pop or J-pop. They self describe themselves as X pop, however they are simply a global girl group concentrating mainly on R&B and Hip Hop. They also have a second New Dance video which they shot in Los Angeles recently. if you want to go down the rabbit hole deeper, check out their Vox videos 1-5 for their vocal line and their tape videos 1- 3A & B for their rap line. Their dancing skills are Dance Crew level tough, so check out their move videos as well as their dance practices. As mentioned before, they do have a documentary which is an emotional roller coaster, they also have a reality series which is about six episodes long and lots of fun, plus there's a get to know XG video on youtube. There's actually a couple, but the longer one is more up-to-date

XG has about 200 videos on their YT channel "XG". Move Series (dance), Tape series (Rap), Vox Series ( Vocals); 3 Meals a Day (Korean countryside show), Xtra clips, Xtra Xtra documentary ( creating the group, their training, pre-debut hardships) and so much more. Like all of their dance practice videos, all their MVs, behind the scenes, etc.

I'd say you'd watch each video at least seven times for each GAL.

X-POP❤ Japanese girls group XG！🇯🇵💕 sooooooooooo cool！🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I watched Blackpink's debut back in 2016 and their story from rookies to the global success they've become. As a Blink and lover of their music, I'm going to be brutally honest. Since the girl's of Blackpink and YG's ambition to break into the western market their music has gotten to westernized for me. What I mean is now they are adding the "f" word and other type of lyrics western artists use a lot more and more provocative wardrobe and performances. Now this is me, what got me into Kpop was it brought me back to the 80's to the Y2K era of music with great old school hip-hop, R&B mixed in with a little of that Kpop twist. Like Lisa said in the " Girl's " mv , They took a left. And in doing so has opened the door for XG becoming my #1 girl group. Still love Blackpink and rooting for Babymonster but if people give them a listen like I did 10 months late, these girls will take over. How a Top tier group in rapping styles, vocals, dancing and visuals let alone hair/make-up/wardrobe styling team, and most of all their production team is slipping through so many viewers blows my mind. People who love this type of style need to see them just once. This is one of those groups where 1 song and your hooked. XG is now my #1.

Super talented group! They mean business and achieving their ambition (thanks to their XtraXtra series for showing us a glimpse of their story). Raps, vocals, choreos, swag, onscreen attitude, femme impact, visuals, styling and hi prod MVs (with best editing). Too much to watch from XG, their Xtras, XtraXtra, Tapes, VOX, dance practice vids (which btw, mindblowing sync and swag), no other idol groups can compete, seriously. Others are typical kpop song structures, inserted raps, too much effort to look cute/sexy/aggressive on screen, busy doing hairflips. But not XG. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
