Welcome to the wonderful world of Lucy Thomas, I have followed Lucy and sister Martha for years and Lucy is the best singer I have ever heard, she is just 20 years old Martha her sister is 5 years 8 months younger is 14 1/2 years old now and has been singing with Lucy since she was 10 as has lucy, STUNNING SINGERS, and I might add Lucy does not just sing a song she performs them, why she will be the lead/star singer in the upcoming musical show ROSIE when it gets started, she has out a CD of the songs from Rosie, Check that out also....Be advise in SMILE Martha was only 13, lucy 18, and mom Louise was the first and only time she has recorded with her girls. You can see/hear Louise and Lucy driving to an interview, singing, and Louise was belting the song out out, she can BUT, here she did not want to over shadow her girls, great mom, and it is really not fair to Martha to be compared to Lucy as she gives op 5 years and 8 months to Lucy that she will never make up. Beside Martha has her horse Cloud and competes in Dressage and show jumping, and is good, and Lucy DOES NOT ride !!!! Martha then by your standards is better than Lucy, Martha is Martha and not just Lucys little sister !! When reacting to a sing react to them and not "others" You will not at this time find another recording with mom Louise, this is her only recording and obviously she did NOT try to overshadow her girls Martha has about 10 recordings with Lucy she has not done a solo. First time finding you, watched because of Lucy will sub IF you continue to play Lucy/Martha.

Cindi (sp?), Wow, right at the first word your eyes and brows popped. Lucy can make you cry because from my point of view she throws herself into what she is singing. It shows on her face and the body language. And I'm a very senior citizen but Lucy gives me chills and because you can hear and see the emotion, she brings me to tears. I've been in music since 1950 and my lessons helped me develop a decent musical ear. Lucy is among the top 10 female singers of my lifetime. Her voice is silky smoooth, right on key, excellent diction, and a fantastic vibrato.

Re: Smile, they take turns going around to each one. When it rotates back to Lucy you can see that she owns this video. Another reactor, when describing Lucy, said she ' pulls ' notes and lyrics. She gave the example of how Lucy sings "when you just smile". She stretches those sounds out and it makes it very smooth.

You Raise Me Up is brilliant, but the best duet with her sister is possibly The Prayer. TBH you can't go wrong with any of her stuff. The talent just shines through all of it.

Hello, Touchy Reactions, it's pretty straight forward here: I never realized THIS (whatever you want to call 'this') existed in any human being; Lucy transcends any other solo performer, past or present, and this is NO disrespect to ANY one previous or current; there are some incredible solo performers, no doubt.......Lucy is a notch above ALL of them and her ACTING regimen is right there with her vocals, of a goddess, as one reactor put it! She will be the star of her musical, "Rosie", due out in the Spring of 2025! Lucy is on her way to superstardom, she has the ability to sing any style of music effortlessly. She's just performed her first "live" solo concert in Manchester, UK. There are 4 songs from this concert up on utube, her next solo concert is in Tokyo Japan. At the beginning of next year she is due to star in a brand new musical especially written for her on London's West End stage called "Rosie." The song "We can change the world" is from that show and that's one of her concert performances which is on utube. I'd also like to recommend her cover of the Whitney Houston song "Run to you" from the movie 'The Bodyguard." Also her amazing duet with her 5 years and 8 months younger sister Martha, "Mary did you know?"

Lucy Thomas must be described as a vocal virtuoso. A singing genius the like of which comes along very rarely. Lucy is a superstar in the making. Her next concert is in Tokyo in September. You should also check out the songs she sings from Rosie the musical. There are numerous award winning songs in this show which is due to hit the stage in London’s West End. Great reaction. Lucy as you noted is the star, Martha is a part time singer who has other interests, predominantly equestrianism. If you react to their duets you can see how Martha has changed from the 10 years old singer in some to the 14 years old singer she now is. Lucy is a phenomenal singer who gets better and is only 20 years old, but don’t ignore her back catalogue with songs she recorded when 14/15/16 years old as the quality of her voice was already there. ❤

Great job guys. Love your excitement Cindy. That's the same way we all feel when Lucy sings, no matter what the song is. It was said of Lucy even at 13 years old, that she had a way of drawing you into her performance. She is now 20, so you can only imagine how much greater that draw is now, as you just witnessed. There are I believe 65 videos on Lucy's You tube channel. If you want to start big and with the best as you stated, then I would suggest to you that you react to "Hallelujah". It has 48 million views on the studio version. There are two versions. The studio version and a Live version. Take your pick. You won't be disappointed with either one. There are some folks that think that Lucy is too good to be true. That her videos are a product of auto tuning and studio pitch correction. An easy answer for that is to just watch her live videos. Thanks for a great reaction. I subbed straight after. Lucy appeared on the Voice kids when she was 12 and Will. I. Am described her as world class then. She didn't win bgt was immediately signed by Cavendish Records and released her first album, Premiere a year later. She now has six albums to her name. She travelled to texas for a private concert, and she sang for Sir cliff Richard, one of the UK’s most famous pop stars, now on his 80s. Other comments have mentioned her other achievements. This wonderful young lady is on her way to a Stella career.

Cindy: the minute you mentioned Olivia Newton-John (I hit pause) and had to revisit a performance from Olivia, most of Olivia's content are upbeat but Hopelessly Devoted to You did the trick and I get it! Lucy entered 'The Voice Kids UK' in 2018 following the show she signed a record deal with Cavendish Records and has produced 5 CDs.
