FIRST time REACTION to The Bass Gang!

These guys are great. They have done many songs justice. Marwan (lead on this) is 19 or 20. In their version of Hooked on a Feeling featuring Tim Foust, the rest of the Bass Gang are drinking champagne, and Marwan has a juice box to show their humorous side a bit. I believe Marwan Ayman (lead vocalist here, from Cairo) is 19! If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. The Bass Gang previously did all their work with green screens since they live all over the globe (Cairo, Czech Republic, US). This is the first time they met in person -- except for Marwan, who couldn't get his visa approved. They filmed his part in the desert, and filmed Peter Barber/Bobby Bass/Tomi P in the Czech Republic. Peter Barber is a popular YT reactor with his own channel. Last Valentine's Day they did a collaboration with Home Free's Tim Foust (Hooked on a Feeling) that is just amazing. Loved this!

The Bass Gang is an awesome group! The three "back-up" singers are all bass singers too and they were doing all the back ground bass stuff, as well as the high stuff too! They are all incredible and have their own strengths. Seeing as it's Halloween season, you might wanna check out "Hide and Seek" by them and Lauren Paley. Another really good one I love is their version of "Mad World"! You guys should definitely check them both out! Great reaction!!

Marwan does (usually) sing all the harmonies on his solo channel, which you should check out, cuz there’s some excellent music there as well. With The Bass Gang, each member takes turns arranging and singing lead on a song-there are four to each volume (three so far). The next one is Tomi P’s VERY bassy Be Prepared, then Peter’s Gaston, and today Bobby’s song dropped, Friend Like Me. If you check out all their work, you will see the progression as they gain more resources and have more time to work together. All these guys are amazingly talented.

As others have said, I highly recommend checking out "Hooked On A Feeling - featuring Tim Foust", and "Hide and Seek - featuring Lauren Paley". As far as " Hide and Seek" goes, I would also recommend checking out her solo cover (performed in the stairwell of her apartment building), and her collaboration with Voiceplay. Voiceplay and The Bass Gang both approached her to collaborate with them on this song after hearing her version.

Tomi the one with the short hair on the sides is about 6'4" or more and he does Scar's part in Be Prepared. The next one after that Peter the one with no curls doing Gaston. The one yet to come out is A Friend Like Me. Marwon the one singing here couldn't get a visa between countries so they have him 'magically' in the lamp. He does a green screen appearance in Gaston.

Thank you ladies! The Bass Gang is a favorite group. The entire Disney EP is fantastic! Their vocal ranges and creativity is amazing!

His reaction was the first time he's seen the finished product and, as a professional opera singer, he gives a trained vocalist's point of view.

This is the first episode of a four part series there releasing. Each member gets a song they arrange and take lead on. This was the first by Marwan. Tomi p does the next part being be prepared from lion king. The third is Gaston from beauty and the beast with the lead being Peter barber. And the final one (I'm not sure what song it will be) will be performed by Bobby bass. Each member are amazing and have very very different sounding voices. (Peter is operatically trained for example) I'd love for you to watch all 4 parts of this new series to see each member shine

This is the first in a series of 4 Disney songs recently released by The Bass Gang. There is a thread running through them, so I've been told it's best to watch them in order: Arabian Nights; Be Prepared; Gaston; and Friend Like Me. Each member did the solo for one of the songs. They also released a Disney song for Halloween: We Don't Talk About Bruno, which is more like their previous videos since they live scattered all over the world.

There isn't as much of a rivalry between these a cappella groups as people like to think. They are all good friends and each group has their own niche. Lot of people are fans of more than one group and like different groups for different situations or types of songs. The Bass Gang is four bass singers with amazing ranges. Tim Foust from Home Free has collaborated on two of their songs - Hooked on a Feeling and We Don't Talk About Bruno.

So... The lead singer here is Marwan Ayman (19 years old! 😱), and he does NOT sing all the parts. The Bass Gang is a group, and the other three are Tomi P, Bobby Bass and Peter Barber. The latter three met for the very first time last month in Czech Republic; Marwan should have been there as well, but he saw his visa canceled at the last minute (allegedly, he couldn't convince the Govt's officials that recording professional videos for RU-vid is a "working reason"). Anyway, they are with good reason the 4th "member" of the "QUADRIfecta of the a cappella world", the other three being, in no particular order, Pentatonix, Home Free and Voiceplay. This is also the first instalment of their "May the Bass be with you - vol. 3" series. The second has been "Be prepared" (from "The Lion King", and the third "Gaston" (from "Beauty and the Beast"). The 4th one is due within days. They're the youngest of the four, and had to overcome the difficulties of living at the four corners of the world. Theur style is quite unique, and their vocal capabilities are just exceptional. 🙂 Check some of their past videos... Like "Yellow flicker beat", or "Mad world", or "Emperor's new clothes", or whatever else you'd like to. Marwan is 19 or 20 cant remember the others in bass gang left to right is Tomi p, Bobby Bass, and Peter Barber (who is also a reactor) this is the first of 4 songs in "the bass gang volume 3" originally it was planned for all for of them to meat up (for the first time ever) but something happened to Marwan's visa process so he was not able to go. before this none of them have met each other except online. I think they have 20+ songs together and each one of them have there own bass singer RU-vid that they release videos that they made. Marwan had a wonderful version of grim ginning ghosts (from the haunted mansion) and you will see there that YES he can do it all by himself.. he just may need 19 copies of him self in some instances .. and yes they are all fans of Geoff and Tim Foust this set of vol 3 has a lot of higher notes but in the background you can hear a ton of Bass notes if you listen. also do not be suppressed if any or all of the 4 of them respond to your reactions.. they have been known to do it

Home Fries have known about The Bass Gang for some time and we like them as well.

The Bass Gang is Peter Barber, Bobby Bass, Tomi P, and Marwan Ayman. Marwan is the lead in this and is only 19 years old and lives in Egypt. They are doing this in two different countries. Marwan is filming in Egypt and Peter, Bobby, and Tomi P are in the Chezk Republic filming. The voice for The Cave of Wonders was Tomi P.

The group's name is, The Bass Gang. Nobody should be shocked at the Bass they can and DO produce. And Marwan, 19. Yes, he is young, but a young adult. And besides. Age is just a number. As long as they are not Kids, then we are good. LOL. This group is awesome, andn I believe the first group of BASS singers to perform together. I could be wrong though. Nice Post.

Marwan (the lead singer) has a Bb0 subharmonic and an E6 at the age of around 19! He has gone lower but Bb0 sub is insane.

They are seriously all total menaces in the vocal department, and each video they do someone does the lead, and usually they are the ones to arrange that video as well. Marwan is actually I believe 19 now, but when they started doing this, he was I think 16? Young anyway, and he's seriously talented. They all are. They all also have their own channels, and they're fantastic. I hope you watch all of their vids, because they are worth it.

Since we're getting into Spooky Season, you should probably take a look at the video The Bass Gang released last year for Halloween - Hide and Seek, featuring the Stairwell Siren, Lauren Paley. You'll get a much better idea of just how low everyone can go - except for Lauren, who goes in the opposite direction.
