First time reactions to KPOP MVs Part 7! (BTS, STRAY KIDS, ATEEZ & TXT) 

I think you would love "I'll be your man" - a cover performed by Stray Kids during Kingdom: Legendary War. It's live performance looking better than many MV and it have everything from great vocals, fierce rap, fantastic choreography and it's a whole story by itself! As for deep BTS song I would recommend you "I need you". It's fantastic but very sad song and that's the song which began their journey to the top.

yes i would love to see your reaction to the performances of Kingdom!! Ateez and Stray Kids have 3 performances together with another group called BTOB! At the show the rappers, dancers and main vocalists of each group did a performance together. (The songs they performed on Kingdom are called Wolf, Love Poem and Colours and all 3 three groups together are called Mayfly)

And (almost) everything in Fake Love is real. No CGI!

You should also check out TXTs „Runaway“, „Can’t you see me“, „We lost the summer“, „Puma“ and „Good Boy Gone Bad“. „Runaway“ is my alltime favorite but the other songs are banger as well 🥰

You won’t understand some parts of Fake Love because it’s part of BTS’ storyline. It’s all part of the Bangtan Universe or BU. And yes, they write and produce their songs since day 1. Once you decide to check out a guide on them, you’re gonna see that they started from the bottom. No exaggeration, their company was really small and they shared one room for quite some time

About the fake love mv, some of the more confusing scenes like lying on the chocolates actually tie into the storyline that BTS has throughout their videos. And the scenes with the falling water, burst of fire and falling floor are not actually cgi, so yes it was real explosion. when it comes to live performances, honestly better react to the MAMA performances. I can assure you that you will never watch anything better than BTS's MAMA 2019 show, they are the best group for a reason. As for the stray kids, I recommend you watch the 2020 MAMA victory song performance. I wanted to mention, don't be afraid that BTS's MAMA performance is too long or something. Army loves to watch people's reactions to this show, we watch this show 50 times, you really have to see it!

The fake love music video has alot of depth to it. BTS's music videos often have multiple meanings. Apart from the references to the lyrics and the meaning of the song (basically changing yourself to become someone else's 'doll') it has ALOT of references to their universe (the story that runs through BTS's content such as music videos) The scene with Jhope where he is laying on top of snicker bars is mostly a reference to their universe and is a bit complicated but basically it references his "fears" and a trauma from his childhood where his mother abandoned him at a Tivoli with a chocolate bar (the fictional Jhope not the real one). That's why you can see a scenery that looks like a Tivoli. The other members Also have scenes that represents their "fears" in the video. For example Jimin: water, suga - fire, V - mobile phones and more. Their universe is quite complicated but very interesting! If you want to learn more about it you can start by watching their "I need u" MV and also "BTS universe explained" :)

About the bed of snickers. It’s actually part of the BTS storyline. The member who was lying on it was J-Hope. In the fictional storyline, J-Hope was abandoned by his mother when he was little. She left him at a merry go round and only gave him a snickers. This is why the room had circus related toys and there were a bed of snickers. The rooms of the other members were also related to the storyline. It’s really deep and beautiful. Definitely something to check out in the future, but it is wildly complicated. ☺️

ATEEZ are known as 'Performance masters'. So you should definitely check out their live performances from Kingdom and Immortal songs!! Also, they have a deep lore going on in their MVs, so you won't understand much what they're trying to depict just by watching some of their MVs!!😂 Btw they have comeback on 29th July, don't forget to check it out!!🏴‍☠️

Butter is only sung in English! Kpop artists have been releasing songs in different languages for a very long time, not just English, also Japanese, Chinese and sometimes even Spanish!

Funfact! You mentioned Avril Lavigne, and they actually have a remix of 0X1 = Lovesong featuring Mod Sun, her boyfriend. She also quote retweeted one of TXT's tweets as a spoiler just before Hueningkai dropped his Sk8er Boy cover. Then she tweeted a reaction, praising Hueningkai after his cover dropped and I think she followed them. It was a cute interaction and I'm telling you, there was chaos on my TL that day lol. I don't really know about punk rock, but from what I've heard from people who have gone through that era, TXT went all out with the punk rock theme.

Because you like Wonderland by Ateez and watched the live performance of Stray Kids on Kingdom (a show where six groups had to compete): watch Symphony No.9 “From The Wonderland” by Ateez. Dude Butter has to be my favorite English song from them (the English songs are Dynamite, Butter, and Permission to Dance there could be another one but I don't think so)! Yeah bts write there own songs and produce them sense the beginning but the rappers are the ones that mostly write the lyrics and produce (Suga,Rm,j-hope) but the vocal line(Jin,jk,v,jimin) still help just not as much

You need to see a “Frost” by TXT!!!

someone may have answered this, but BTS has been involved in their music since the beginning. They worked with Big Hit's CEO (Bang PD) a LOT, and also had a handful of in house producers (I believe you'll see Pdogg in the credits for the majority of their tracks, that man is an absolute BEAST, and has gotten best producer awards. Slow Rabbit, ADORA, and Supreme Boi are also names you'd see a lot). In the beginning, since Big Hit was a teeny tiny, extremely poor company, the only people working on their songs were those few producers working under the label, and BTS. Mostly the rappers, though the singers would be included in conversation, and would bring melodies they've thought of to the table. As the years went on, the singers gradually started learning more about production and song writing, and helped more and more. The company got bigger, they started working with other producers here and there, (Suga started producing occasional songs for other artists as well) but, like, if you look through the credits of every BTS song, you'll find at least one member's name. RM actually wrote, like, I think he said 90% of the lyrics for their Love Yourself: Tear album. The boys are ALWAYS working, then APOLOGIZE for no reason and say they'll work harder in the future?? and ARMY are CONSTANTLY telling them they need to chill and take breaks bc they just don't know how to not be working on something 😩 buuuut yeah, TL;DR, Yes BTS are HEAVILY involved with their music, and you can definitely tell when a group is involved with their stuff, and when they're (unfortunately) not. P.S. yes, the boys were told to do their own freestyle dances in the elevator in Butter, you can see this in the behind the scenes of the video 😊 and also, in Fake Love, Suga was actually there in the room for the fire scene, but the fire WAS smaller (it was coming out of, like, a long metal tube on the ground?) and edited in post to look scary as hell 😂the water scene with Jimin was also 100% real, the floor was actually falling out under Jungkook (he was hooked to wires), AND if you pause where it says SAVE ME, and look at it upside down, there's something really cool 😏

Ateez also has a storyline, as do BTS, txt, and stray kids, lots of groups do them now. So often it can be confusing. The dark suits Ateez are the "dark Ateez" and a lot of it is about fame, but also pirates lol (I know BTS and txt's storylines best, it's too much for me to keep up with all of them lol) also, I get what you mean about txt, they remind me of the same thing, pop punk grunge etc. 💜 Love your reactions!

Butter is only in english, no korean versions. They did Dynamite, Butter and Permission to Dance as all english songs and were meant to just raise spirits because of COVID. Butter does have several remix version: Hotter, Cooler, version with Meg Thee Stallion, and also a christmas version. I recommend the Hotter and Cooler videos just to see the guys goofing off. Hotter, just pay attention to all the guys, not only the one in front and center. It's hilarious.

TXT do so many genres, but my fave is when they do pop rock!!! Please react more to them, I recommend Run Away!!

Yes, Stray Kids did debut with 9 members. However, one member left the group back in 2019 and became a solo artist. Most stays don't really bring him up anymore, and we just treat Skz as 0t8. If you want to read more about what happened back then, help yourself. All I can say is that make sure you do your own research and come to your own conclusion. If you want to check out the ex-member's solo songs, go for it, just be sure not to associate him with Skz as it already been 3 years and just respect they went a seperate path, please. If you like txt you need to react to Magic! My favorite song of theirs! Fun fact that probably have been commented before is that txt are under the same label as bts and are to only other performing act to do so. Bts label and the company was not big at all when they started out so for a long time it was only Bts. Where as pretty much all other big kpop acts are under big labels from the beginning, that’s why bts are such an underdog story
