you do have to register the bike along with VIN number that's on the bike, its a one time fee of $26 and it takes about 2 weeks to get your registration. The form you need is a Reg 230 form, you fill it out and mail it out with a check of $26. Video Coming soon how my bike is street legal.

Usually it is sent without plate and you do wathever you wan't with it once you have it.
