As someone who doesn’t have family or does much during this holidays thanks for uploading. Gave me a little break during work and that interaction at the gas station was fucking awesome dude.
This past thanksgiving I rode from LA to SD. Had a thanksgiving Lunch with my parents then rode down to my cousins and extended family for thanksgiving dinner. Sleep over at my cousins’ house and rode back at 04:30. It was a combination of night riding, riding in the rain, then the sun started to come out around 05:20. Such a memorable ride lol. Totally get why yall don’t want to pack up for the winter.
Northeast here, high was 38F. My bike is sleeping for the winter. A few years ago I was in northern Michigan in December (cold!) on the highway at like 2:00 AM in my car. I was doing like 75 and got passed by a dude on BMW dual sport that looked he was just out for a summer cruise!
I am still riding as well through all the piss weather here in the Netherlands, however I am contemplating buying a cheap early 2000s BMW 1150, 800 or 700 GS. Just a cheap bike so I don't ruin my new R7 in the rain and mud.
Damn I wish it was still 45 here. It was 29 last night and I tried to get a quick ride in and even layered up with heated grips on I just couldn't do it. I think my limit is like 35 lol. Also take the baffle out and let that triple breathe! I love the sound of them
No ice yet on the roads in DC. Still riding daily! Debating going for a midnight ride right now, actually, since the city is still fairly empty... Or possibly some late night tinkering. Love late night wrenching after the wife goes to sleep.
I would like to say I enjoy your video’s. I started riding again after 25 years and I bought a new Yamaha FJR 1300 in 2022 and I love it. However, I want to get into track riding this spring can you recommend a good starter track bike that I can begin on and grow into ?
Will depend a bit on your local track but a Ninja 400 is an excellent choice. If you want a bit more power, you could always look for an SV650 or any of the midweight 600cc Inline-4s.
Another great vid bro. Could I request you do a rear set and clip-on install and setup video? I'd love to see the process of installing them and adjusting them to fit your ergos properly.
Riding on Thanksgiving in the Tacoma area would be stressful AF for me. There's just too many people that aren't sober driving around. And I like to ride fast. :)
Do you have experience with a CBR600RR? if so how is it compared to R6 and other 600? or whats your gernal opnion on it. Does it have a more comforable / less aggresstive seating position ?
@@adobomotounfortunately this is my home for the next to years but I'll be traveling back and forth to my house in Japan so if we coordinate it right, I can take vacation and meet you there. Or we can link up in the Philippines, rent some bikes and mob around the island 🤔🤔🤔
What temperature does your bike get up to in the 40 - 50 degree weather? My 07 CBR1000RR Fireblade only gets up to about 173 and stays cool. I rode in Indiana by Louisville Kentucky yesterday cold as FU@#
I cant help it but... not having mirrors looks bizzare. Its looking like its missing something when you are riding with the dash view. I love the bike but i think it just looks strange IMO. Be safe bro!
I had a little cold so I couldn't be around my sickly mother...so I went cruising all day on Thanksgiving...it was great! Well I missed my mom...but i didn't have to bundle up so it was super nice
Tonight, I got to ride my motorsickle at night. Tonight may look like a full moon, but it wasn't because that was the night I rode and a pack of werewolves chased me. That why I stopped riding at night. Meow I took the chance and I had fum.
