Everything in the video reference kents career. Concepts for albums, music videos and such. They always had great concepts and visuals - and great music. The band was active as kent 1995-2016 and this is how they announced the end. It’s a happy-sad death parade.

This was a promo for kent's final album. The drummer girl was the band's drummer who later became an item with Sony. The skull make up was to represent that the band is dead. There are videos showing street marches in Swedish towns, with the public present. The girl is in some but not the horse. I found this a very powerful and compelling piece of music that was made still more memerising by the visuals.

I cried so much when they released this. The announcement of the death of the greatest rock/pop band in Swedish history.

Kent is the best music band for evigt! the lyrics have lot of soul, the music lot or harmony and perfect timing, Joakim Berg have one of the most magic voices and turns the language svenska the most attractive, this music band is pure gold, and the mayority of the world just missed this because is from Europe, another language and also sincerely most of the people do no have good taste on music, so im happy for the ones that has discovered this band, congratulations for all of us, and thank you forever kent!

Yes like other people wrote, just an announcement for their last album and alot of things in this video are flashbacks to their previous albums (like the cover art, music videos etc) - the tiger, black haird girl with the jean jacket, girl on the horse, the huskies... it is like they are all coming togehter one last time. Or atlest that is my interpretation 😀

That is the name of their final album. This was how they announced it the album and the end of the band.

So you probably know the background by now, but this was a promo music video, made as an outro, announcing the end of the band called Kent. And also promotion for their last album, the last tour. A very Swedish band, with a lot of lyrics that is hard to translate due to the poetic nature and play with words and references. But very emotional and powerful songs that meant a lot to almost an entire generation of Swedes (in particular). But the band also split its audience somewhat - you either disliked them or you loved them endlessly! Great band to watch live.

I would argue that this is not a good starting song for a reaction, most of what's going on in the video is for the fans who followed Kent through their career. A couple of songs to try out though is: Kärleken Väntar, Max 500, Musik Non Stop, Dom Andra and Stoppa Mig Juni (Lilla Ego). :)

Not a tribute. It was an announcement for them breaking up and their last album and last tour. This would have been obvious if you translated the text at the end lol

It's a strange recommendation since this is just the announcement for their last album. The video is really just a journey through all their previous albums.
