Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。This song was played in every show during BABYMETAL's North American tour with DETHKLOK (30 gigs) and is being played in the ongoing EU/UK tour. The ♪ oh oh ohoo ♪ part was chanted by American / Canadian audience at every venue in the sea of phone lights. Of course, the audience in your city, Cleveland, at Agora Theater, did a good job on Sep.6, too. Monochrome was performed 7 times in Japan so far. I fortunately witnessed 5 of them at venues including its world premiere. I always did the ♪ oh oh ohoo ♪ part with Moa and Momoko, especially with my loudest voice in April show (a part in this compilation video) when and where Momometal became the official third member. What a bliss! And that was breathtaking.
Good one, thanks! The phones light scene is just amazing. And the moment Su-metal calls Moametal and Momometal (for the first time on her first show as a full-fledged member) became instantly one of my favorite BABYMETAL moments. 🤘🦊
Babymetal is the best! Got to see them in both Toronto and Vancouver, amazing performances. Monochrome is one of their best new songs and the most likely Babymetal song to become a bit emotional over. I can't wait to someday see them again. ❤❤
Saw them live, and this song sounded so good. Baby Metal is best when experienced live. Check out live MAYA... that song blew the roof off of the venue.
This is a compilation of the shows in January at Babymetal Returns in Chiba, and the shows in April at Babymetal Begins in Yokohama. I was fortunate enough to be a both sets of shows, and they were all incredible performances. When Su pulled Momo into their group hug and started to hum, there wasn't a dry eye in the house.
I was at the one in Makuhari in Januray, and next week (Dec.11) will be at their last show of 2023 (in Madrid). BABYMETAL makes you travel all over... and yes, @ Makuhari, all around me were either in tears or in smiles throughout the show, often both.
@@rauldelapuente2346 I love your country! People are so kind, and the food is great! Saw Sagrada Familia and was in awe. I hope BABYMETAL says something about the Madrid concert being their last of 2023. 🦊🦊🦊
Dayum! Santa looks gorgeous.❤ Welcome back to BabyMetal's metalverse 🦊🤘🌐 This month not only Christmas Eve is coming but prior to this on December 20th is SuMetal's b'day, so i hope to see you around with something special for her. See you next time and keep enjoying more BM songs like fans are doing it everytime they play this song at the Europe & UK Tour currently ongoing.🦊🤘🌈
@user-bobcrosier They celebrated members' 15th and 20th Birthdays... I hope they mention the fact that Su only has a week left being 25 @ the Madrid concert...
Great reaction. They have been having people "light up this dark, dark world" with their phones all round the US on their Dethklok tour and now all round Europe as well ... and it is always a special moment.🤘🦊
That's how you create a goosebump atmosphere with little effort- long live the Queen! And you should really wear that santa hat all day haha - looks great! Greets from Germany, enjoy!
Great performance i experienced the moment 3 times now Wembley Arena in April and both shows at Roundhouse on 27th 28th November great experience . 😁🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼
A glimpse here of what might have been an epic closing ceremony for the Tokyo Olympics if Covid and politics hadn’t screwed Babymetal’s choreographer (Mikio Mizuno) out of the gig.
So glad you two got to react to this particular performance. The only two groups I can think of that put this kind of effort into their shows are Rammstein and Babymetal. Everything about this is perfect and it was great to watch it along with both of you. Thanks for this.
This is a popular fan theory, but it seems not to be the case. In an interview a few months ago, Su expressed surprise at the fans interpreting the song as being sad. She said that she thought the song was hopeful and called it "light". The connection with Hiroshima seems to have come from the visualizer video and not from the song itself.
