Wang Yibo is 25 years old. He is a highly skilled dancer in street dance genre (e.g., breaking, hip hop, freestyle) but this is his first ever contemporary dance attempt. He learned and mastered this routine in 1 week. After the performance, a professional contemporary dancer commented just how difficult it is for a street dancer to learn contemporary dance techniques, but what Yibo showed in this performance had no trace of street dance skills at all, which the professional contemporary dancer thought was amazing, and downright scary (scary that Yibo can do that, in 1 week's time no less). The soundtrack that he danced to is performed by Yibo as well, and was released on December 30, one day before this performance. In addition, Wang Yibo is an accomplished actor, singer, rapper, tv host, and professional motorcycle racer. Yibo has many superb dance performances that you will greatly enjoy. Wang Yibo is a very talented street dancer & he started taking part in street dance competition from 12 years old. His forte is hip hop but he does not limit himself and has performed & can dance quite a lot of genres - hip hop, krump, locking, waacking, breakdance, you name it he can do it & there would be a video you can find here where he is dancing to that genre. Yibo also sang the song that he's dancing to here, he releases a new single at the end of every year and this was 2022's single :) The song is about the struggles of a long distance relationship, and how it's like winter when they're apart but there will always be a spring when everything renews and they're together and can talk about what they've each been doing :)
