@@ajijemuran7829 Yeah true. Though for Malaysians that is very expensive. Without the proteins, you could have a plate under RM20. Just a tip if anyone plans to have nasi kandar more than once 🙌
What i love most about Malaysia is the FOOOODDD. The varieties are amazing❤... Local, Western, Indian, Siamese, Arabian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc. Even locals have many varieties from different states❤.
Welcome to malaysia❤ im glad u like nasi kandar. Maybe next time try it with basic stuff (usually white rice + fried chicken or ayam bawang + mixed curry + ladyfinger (in malay its called Bendi) + sambal nyok (a coconut paste) U will definitely love it more! ❤

I’ll explain what eczema is (as a person who has it) I’m not sure why she needed gloves for it but this is what eczema is: so it’s basically abt the sun or certain foods that are hot (maybe that’s why she was wearing gloves) or if you go in chlorine water you will most likely get itchy everywhere Edit: I FOUND HER RECENT VID AND ITS BC OF THE SPICES IN IT
I have eczema as well. For me, my hands tend to get itchy and redden if my fingers are covered with wet food like curry, soup, gravy, sambal, etc. Malaysian food typically has gravy and all, and the spiciness of it will make my fingers burnt red and gets so itchy. I usually eat using a spoon and fork for my whole life, but it's hard to do that when eating something like crabs, so sometimes I just sacrifice my hand to enjoy the food. For a Malay, it feels embarrassing to be awkward to eat using my hand, like I already forgot how to use it properly... I like how the food texture feels on my fingers, but moments after that the itchiness will be back, causing my skin to break and bleed 🥲
Just go ahead and ask fork and spoon. This is like the first time I see people eating hand-eating food with nitrile gloves. At most I only see people using those common transparent plastic gloves for food e.g. durian.
@@keillieruyee8864im Malaysian but never been to Penang too, what currency do you guys use there and how much the difference in rate if convert from Ringgit?
Omg I am so happy that you landed in Malaysia. ❤Hey Lily if you don’t mind could you please try Nasi Kandar at my aunt’s restaurant. It’s really famous for their 77 different types of dishes. The name of the restaurant is Nasi Kandar Basikal in Selangor . I know it’s in a whole different state but I really hope that you can come while you are still here in Malaysia. Don’t forget that you are amazing and I’m so happy that you tried one of our famous dishes here in Malaysia 🫶🏼✨
