I was gagging at you drinking it. Rita I know your husband loves lamb flaps but he eats it to often. Chef you have a beautiful family you want to be around to watch your 3 youngest children graduate you need to change your life style, all the fried food the salt everything not just for a week or 2 for the rest of your life. You use salt for taste, food should not need salt I use to be the same chef salt everything even on my orange. Now I squeeze lemon on my food chicken my lamb sipi/flaps cut into ribs marinate them over night in lemon juice pepper and you can put a little bit of sugar then cook on the BBQ all my family in Tonga love it do the chicken as well put a little bit of chilli as well Try marinating with fresh pineapple juice or lemon or orange juice all fresh squeeze yourself. It is yummy
