Lol..Friends was not canceled. It was still top 5 when it ended. 234 episodes total. Last two years each of the 6 mains cast members made $1 Million per episode. Even today they EACH make 20 million a year in residuals from reruns.
yeah, i don’t know where he read that but i actually laughed out loud. ratings were still fantastic… something like 50 million people watched the finale (myself included). it was more that they decided to end it because the characters were getting a little too old to be the type of group that still hangs out in a coffee shop getting into all sorts of shenanigans.

yeah, but I can see why people would think that. There are a bunch of jokes that wouldn't be greenlit today. And "Married with children" for exemple most DEFINITELY wouldn't get greenlit.
I’m thinking that you guys may not think these are funny like Seinfeld and friends because you haven’t watched them from the beginning and learned each character and the way they are. So it may not seem funny most of the time. If you were to watch from the beginning, you would probably learn all about them, and then laugh at everything they do. You guys rock! I am a new viewer. You guys will crack me up. And you’re very smart and you seem like a great bunch of guys. I’d love to hang with you.
Ross getting the spray tan is one of the funniest episodes. I'm so bummed you didn't see what happened after that. One of my other favorites is when Ross gets his teeth whitened. It's hysterical. This show was really funny. I own all the dvds still.
Friends is a show you definitely have to watch in order. There are so many storylines that cross over through episodes and seasons, a lot of inside jokes etc. Its not like other sitcoms where every episode is a completely different situation, its one long story. I highly recommend watching the entire show from the beginning.
The "Oops" moment where Joey accidentally hits Ross is hysterical. As for the leather pants skit, in the end Ross had to admit defeat and left the bathroom with his leather pants rolled up in a ball under his arm, while trying to maintain his dignity as he walked straight out of her apartment.
This is another one of those series where watching full episodes makes each moment funnier. I would also love to see you guys do a reaction of bloopers from movies or TV shows.
Agreed as someone who has seen the show a couple of times but i wouldn’t recommend that to people who are trying to get a feel for the show and its characters. Itd be like recommending a eric and jackie compilation to someone new to That 70’s Show. Great to the ones who already know the show but misleading otherwise, you know?

Friends still makes me laugh every time I watch it. All their personalities are so funny- Chandler such a smart ass, Joey such a lovable dummy and how he doesn’t share food lol, Phoebe such an eccentric oddball, Monica such an OCD clean freak, etc etc. they all have such great comedic timing. I also love the Thanksgiving episodes, especially the one with Brad Pitt, who was married in real life to Jennifer Aniston at the time.
Who the hell is requesting this stuff? 'Friends' is one of the funniest sitcoms ever but it is absolutely pointless watching random clips like these. You have to know the individual characters and the context for these scenes. Watch full episodes of the show. React to more Conan remotes. Pick any, they are all hilarious🤣

I didn’t even watch Friends until I got with my fiancé about five years ago. After finally giving it a chance it grew on me. You can also see in a lot of these clips when Matthew Perry was back on drugs. He goes from super skinny to a little thick in between some seasons because he struggled with addiction throughout the course of the show.
The writers for Friends were great! I never loved the first season as much as the other nine as the characters were still developing themselves. Monica is a competitive OCD clean freak which is hilarious. Rachel is just funny. I love Pheobe's spiritual hippie ways and her songs are so funny when she sings in the coffee house. Joey's childlike ways and naive expressions crack me up and Ross who has been married a few times of which they make fun of him for and his cheapness makes for great story lines. Chandler is funny because he makes fun of everyone with classic lines. Just a all around funny show! I can watch it over and over and still laugh. Like the tanning booth episode. You need to watch the whole thing 😂
I’ve always thought the first 2 seasons are the best, they actually make use of the fact that they live IN the city of NY (Phoebe plays guitar in the damn subway on the pilot for god sakes) and the stories are wackier because a lot of the scripts from the first season are just leftovers from Seinfeld, which was HUGE in 94 when Friends started. The deeper you go in the show the more…plastic the show gets, it’s still good but just a regular sitcom.
You should try to find the entire episode of that spray tan one. It's a riot. Plus another one is when Ross gets his teeth whitened. You wont stop laughing if you see that. 🤣😂
During his second wedding (and divorce), Ross became a meme, and I love the character for that, even though, he has to be the most annoying one of the bunch, but yet my favourite starting the end of season 4.
Guys, when you all talk at once, it's hard to hear anyone. And then when you do it while the video is playing, it's just crazy noise that nobody can understand
This show is funny when you watch it all the way through. Most of the jokes are related to the character's personality so if you're a first time watcher just seeing a compilation you're not going to get most of the jokes. Though some parts may be funny regardless. That being said, there are definitely better compilations of funny moments.
For sure! Watching clips and trying to get the idea of the whole show is like listening to a song - but only every 20th second - and thinking you've really heard the song.🎶 🥰
Never missed an episode. Hilarious show just for the reason they lived in huge apartments in New York and pretty much had it all. Phoebe and her Smelly Cat songs was a fav. Ross and Rachel making a mess of their relationship on the regular and Chandler and Joey who always made me laugh. Great show. You should watch it. 😁
Great show but the inspiration to this is "Living Single". I don't know ya'll names, but the homie in the middle is like Kyle Barker! Also, all of the Friends made NBC pay a milli a show each person!
It wasn’t, I don’t know where they got that. It was still the highest rated sitcom on tv the year it ended, just like Seinfeld. I hate when they just pull crap out of nowhere that isn’t even true.
Friends was amazing I've seen every episode at least 10 times. When covid began my teenage daughter and I began watching all the 'old' sitcoms from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Friends is a tv show that you all need to fully see to appreciate the jokes and know the back stories

The PIVOT episode when Ross is trying to get a couch up stairs was hilarious. And the broken refrigerator. Joey pushes Ross into the refrigerator to come up a reason to blame Ross for breaking the refrigerator. Too funny.
All of these characters/actors were perfect on this show. They all mastered these characters. I wish they would bring it back and do a reboot, even though Matthew Perry isn't with us anymore. RIP Matthew Perry!! You are sorely missed! A Comical Genius, for sure!!
The Bloopers for friends is so much funnier! Especially the episode with the couch on the stairs! And then there is an episode where Ross is playing the bagpipes & the blond chick starts mimicking him! It was soooo funny!!! Edit: Blonde chicks name is Phoebe! Sorry I couldn't think of it at the time. Lol
The scene where Joey was building the entertainment center and Chandler flipped over his bedroom door because Joey cut the door in half was the funniest scene. In my opinion

the exact same thing with me and my sister my older sister watched this growing up and had all the dvds so i grew up watching it as well, we always quote it and watch it when there’s nothing on tv interesting lol, great bonding
You need to watch full episodes to get the humour because it's knowing the characters that make it funny..especially the leather trousers so funny🤣🤣🤣 and the fake tan one is just hilarious 😂 🤣

Ross his voices is some of the funniest shit to me. Like even just when he's talkin' to Joey about not being able to put his leather pants back on, his voice gets so damn high. Chandler is definitely my favorite character overall though.
LOL Friends finale is Top5 of all finales ever. The show was never cancelled and never had low ratings since it took off mid-season 1. Each actor still get 2 million dollar per year. The show is still showing everywhere in the world.

Friends is great. Its corny, and sometimes a little cheesy. But out of all the sit-coms, its definitely one of the best. It's classic for a reason, there are PLENTY of great episodes.
King of Queens is hilarious. One of my favorite sitcoms. Too many people sleep on it. Ross is my favorite friend (he's an awful boyfriend, but he's too funny not to like).
I can’t believe there are people out there who haven’t watched every episode of FRIENDS. I’ve watched every episode at least a dozen times. And no, they did not get cancelled due to low ratings.
LMAOOO when Rachel was giving birth, Ross was playing on the hospital bed on the little ankle lifters for pregnant women and getting caught is one of the funniest scenes to me😭
