Which do you prefer Inside out 1 or 2?

I get the Anxiety hate, but I think Anxiety is a very important part of growing up. Anxiety and Fear work hand in hand, the difference is Anxiety is laser focused on “realistic” possibilities whereas fear is pretty broad. I think an integral part of growing up is having Anxiety about the future, and in the end, Anxiety really is just trying help and be prepared for the worst case scenario. Notice how Anxiety shrunk back when HER version of Riley’s sense of self was negative. She honestly didn’t want to hurt her, she was just trying to be prepared. But that’s what makes Anxiety so negatively powerful, she only focuses and prepares for the bad. By the end, she grows and learns to cope with and prepare for EVERY possibility, which is also an integral part of growing up. I prefer Inside Out 2 because I appreciate and connect with it more. It’s great to show kids that some things may be out of your control, and things may not always be joyful and fun. Part of growing up is growing into and accepting all parts of yourself. And as a teacher, I really love that message for all kids
