Hi there!
Here's another reaction video with my brother, this is the 4th group he's reacting to from that pole I did a couple of months ago.
At the end of each video he chooses not just his favorite song from the group, and if he adds it to the playlist or no, but he also chooses his favorite group out of the first time reactions.
Just like I did last time I showed him 4 music videos which were 'Ditto', 'OMG', 'Super Shy' and from their most recent comeback 'Supernatural- Part.1'.
Please keep in mind that this is just his honest opinion and not facts.

Hey guys great reaction. In short. Ditto deals with a fans perspective as you explained it in the video. OMG is Newjeans perspective as a group going crazy over what fans want them to be. For example, fans always call Hearin a cat or she looks like one to the point she thinks she is a cat in the video. It goes much deeper, but I wanted to keep it short. At the very end it is a fan on social media being as demanding or hating as some do and of course they are in the same crazy house.

Ditto and OMG are connected with ditto having a fair bit of foreshadowing... in ditto haerin tells the cat shes not a cat.. then in omg haerins psychosis is she thinks shes the same cat (the fans constantly telling her she looks and acts like one has given her this mental condition) omg is essentially about how idols can become slaves to the industry and fans expectations and lose reality of their true selves

16:16 i think the cat is haerin, because she resembles a cat. 3:48 minji called haerin "kitty kang", and she replied "i'm not a cat" then it showed her playing with the cat. 16:12 haerin is in the hospital bc she thinks she's a cat, next scene showed her as a cat looking at the other members, 16:31 here she's seen eating cat food

about having 2 mvs, it's actually not from different perspectives but sequels they're both main MVS side a = part 1 side b = part 2 they just call it side a and b instead of parts 1 and 2 same with other songs with 2 MVS (so i think yall should react to side b since it concludes Ban Heesoo's story)

a ditto é basicamente sobre relações parasociais(+/- o que foi dito no vídeo), dentro do contexto das newjeans obviamente a omg é também sobre relações parasociais mas na perspetiva das/dos idols caso façam uma parte2: hype boy, ETA, cool with you, right now(o sideB da 'cool with you' tem o interlude do EP)

It will take time for him to appreciate Nj 🤣But i see that when he watches the mv, he is really serious about it. So sad u gave him the spoiler. You could ask him to watch side B and get his thoughts then juz blew him away with the right answer. I like his honest reaction and your style of doing this work. Keep it up. Why not do it with other older family member or friends who "potentially" would like the sound of Nj? Of prime target would be a person who likes playing musical instrument, singing or dancing or even those who easily laugh or cry when watching drama. I think they wud appreciate Nj. Good luck. Rappers head are a world of their own, going to take too much time to convert them.

just might not be his thing... I AM A MASSIVE newjeans fan and i know its sacreligious to say to other bunnies but i don't vibe too much to their 1st EP either.. dont get me wrong i like the songs to a point but none make my playlist... the slower 90s RnB vibe isnt really my vibe... ditto and omg ARE AMAZING when i watch the videos for them... but when i had them on my playlist i ended up taking them off.. the videos actually elevate those songs for me and they dont feel as good to me without it.... for me its the clubland vibe they started on the GETUP EP that REALLY got me into them.. and im so glad they followed that clubland vibe this comeback... i literally love everything on getup ep onward.. i like their clubland sounds infinitely more... i guess all im saying is different people like different genres and no matter how much i love say 'supernatural' because im a fan of new jack swing... i'm not going to convince someone who isnt a fan of that genre to ever like it. I mean he's complaining about the lack of rap and 'trappers' so im assuming hes into the blackpink type groups and i personally cant stand the trap genre... like the girl said its 'shitty raps' lol and this is coming from someone who was a massive fan of hip hop 80s to early 2000s.. where the actual rapping was intelligent...
