Since he dribbles through entire teams not just a player or two and he makes it look effortless even though it's almost physically impossible because these are professional footballers. what Neymar does are skills / showboating / flair whatever you wanna call it but "dribbling" wise he is not even top 5 statistically lol. Hell, Hazard is a better dribbler than him and he gets half the attention he does.
