I worked for this company. It was the worst 18 months of my life. I moved to a smaller salon, and I was so much happier. Us employees were treated like disposable income. Every staff member was supplied a key to the building, and I'm sure we all see why that's a bad idea. I saw many girls come and go, the money was only good during warm months and we all had 2nd jobs. The boss would go drink every day during lunch breaks and got really short tempered with us all. Also, they only offer part-time, barely 25 hours a week and paid 10 an hour or less.
