I’ve been having adjustments for decades and I still holler like that every single time. It’s involuntary for me and my chiropractor always gets a good laugh lol
If you've been going to a chiropractor for DECADES maybe you should try something different..? They aren't good for you. It's not like going to the dentist for a cleaning lol. Do yourself a favor and try some physical therapy! These chiropractors are snakes
Oohh he did great!!! Those cracks on your side are no joke💀 He sounds like he took my place being the chips bag of the week😂 (my chiro says that when you have loud cracks)
@@seratonin7004 you should just ask your chiro to adjust you a different way. There are plenty of ways to adjust the lower back without having to put you on your side.
@@empowerhp The irony of a professional back popper who didn’t go to an accredited medical school saying that isn’t lost on anyone. May I interest you in some snake oil and false hope?
@@empowerhp Lol no, no they aren't. And are you actually going to argue that having your body crushed until it makes a cracking sound for views on RU-vid is better for you than PT?
@@AllSportsAlltheTime12 you’re trying to be troll on a topic you know nothing about. Yes they are. I have a sister that’s in PT school right now and I have plenty of friends that are PT’s. They have all learned how to manipulate the spine/joints. Adjusting coupled with exercises is the best way to get long term results. Hence why it’s part of PT school curriculum. If you looked at my page, you’d see that’s it’s not all about “crushing the spine” Nice try though!
@@empowerhp Lol the fact that people actually go to chiropractors is sad.. just for a satisfying crack. It's an addiction that YOU feed into. And if what you're saying is true about PT's, then chiropractors will be out of the job 😂 sad day for you!
@@AllSportsAlltheTime12 What about seeing a chiropractor is sad? It's not about the letters (DC, PT, MT, DO, etc) behind your name. It's all about the providers ability to help people. Whether you're a PT or DC if you can't fix the problem you'll be out of a job. I'm not worried.
