I looked up Butterfree's and Drowzee's egg groups to see if there was any overlap, which there isn't, but Drowzee is in the human-like egg group which is even better. Also Purugly is my favorite pokemon, showed up while I was typing this.

There were more than just one Pokemon in Rusturf Tunnel because only it has Whismur normally, the way the game works is that there is a set number of wild encounter slots, and Whismur just takes all of them in the tunnel

I feel like another challenge on Scarlet/Violet would to be to catch the most difficult to tell shinies. Either from them being too tiny or not that much difference.

To be fair, while amusing, John's time spent fooling around and doodling with the whiteboard essentially balanced out Mikey's time spent trying to catch Kyogre.

If Mikey had just used the timer ball on the Kyogre he probably would have won this, but John was behind and has a whiteboard so this outcome was better anyway XD
