One of my dear friends is a cast member(and a guest experience coordinator at that!), and we ended up going to Magic Kingdom for a day when we were on vacation last month. ZERO planning ahead of time. I'm so glad she was with us or I would have been clueless. She helped us have such a wonderful time.
I have a trip in March of 2019 and I had a travel agent make the initial plans. I check in with her when I have questions. It has been great to pay for the on site Resort and Dining Plan over the past five months. I am paying property tax this month and with that sort of thing there hasn’t been much saving. I hope not to have other large expense before I go. I got to use old frequent flyer miles to pay for the flights. I can’t imagine how my trip would go without all the Advance Dining Plans and FastPasses I have made!
Hello. My family and i are going to Disney for the first time this December. So my question is would you recommend park hopper for first time trip? my family consists of my husband and I and my two boys ages 7 and 3.
For a first trip I would not recommend park hoppers, unless you plan on doing the water parks, then the tickets come with them. I think planning for one park per day on a first trip is the best plan of action! I was thinking of doing a video on best touring plan for families with boys, would you be interested?
Hi, I have been following you for a while and really enjoy your videos. How much do you budget for a week of Disney vacation? And how much is your budget for the cruise vacation?
Thank you so much for your kind words! Thank you for watching! Our normal Disney trip budget for a 6n/7 day trip, family of four is 2700-3000 including hotel, food, tickets, flights, and spending money! It includes food because we go most often over free dining!! The cruise is a bit harder because it is my first experience. Our budget for everything besides passports, because we have to buy them to fly anywhere as of 2018, is 3000.00
Each person can pre book 3 fast passes for each day of park tickets you have. If you all want to split up and use your fast passes on different attractions you can do that!! But each member of the family has to have a fast pass if you plan to ride the same ride! I hope that helps! It’s not the easiest thing to type out 😉 let me know of that answers your question Robin!
