@@pamkirby4390 Plants are a great source of protein. Actually, every food is a great source of protein. It's literally impossible to eat enough calories and not get enough protein. The whole focus on protein was perpetuated by food marketers. It has nothing to do with nutrition science. The only cases of protein deficiency in all of the medical literature are in cases of starvation. So as long as you eat food, you will always get enough protein.
