It's officially the first week of spring and I'm sure everyone in the northern hemisphere is rejoicing. I got a MUCH SHORTER haircut, prepped for the Toronto vintage clothing show, thrifting, went to the movies and took a day trip to Niagara on the lake (NOTL). I wanted to take you guys with me because I've tried to film a weekend vlog the past two weekends but my plans kept getting cancelled because of the the weather.
The two biggest things to happen this week were:
1) Going to the Ian Drummond Studio! They are one of the vendors that will be at the Toronto Vintage Clothing Show, I went to film outfits from every decade to help promote the show! You can find the reel I filmed here: reelCqJkIP...

2) I GOT A HAIRCUT! Yes in the footage at the beginning of the video my hair looked really cute and I love it, but it didn't stay that way for long. By the end of the day the curls had really dropped and they didn't hold the shape as well. When my hair is shorter the vintage style really holds all day! I know some girls can get away with doing vintage hair on super long hair but my hair is naturally pin straight with no volume, so doesn't hold curls well. Also I do my hair like this every day so I don't want to be stressed over it. I actually love how it turned out and its going to be the perfect length in the summer!
How was your week ? did you do anything fun on the first week of spring??
